I chose a soft yellow shade 👸🏼❤️💅🏻 that matches my blonde hair. Olivia did a great job—I’m really happy with the result. It’s worth traveling to another city to get your nails done right. I got exactly what I wanted; this is the kind of work I like . 🙂🙂My nails were done so well—no bleeding at all, and I’m super happy. I wasn't satisfied with the previous technician because she always made my nails bleed by the time she finished. I know I have delicate skin, but in my opinion, you really need to be careful to avoid cutting someone while doing their nails. Fortunately, I have a new nail tech now, and I’m really pleased with Oliwia’s work. 👍🏻

Me every day, without
doing anything special:🤣🫡
I always seem to have done everything without doing anything...
Well, in these situations, I think that everything has a good balance, don't rest too much, or work too much...
this is better
I wish you all a good day/night my dears✨!

In the nine years I’ve been lifting weights, I’ve gotten used to having bruises on my legs—it’s just one of the perks of the sport 🏋🏼‍♀️. Despite that, I absolutely love this passion; I’ve been training for years, including six years of home workouts 🥰🥰. When I first started, I didn't think I was cut out for it—I thought lifting weights wasn't for girls—but I got completely hooked, and it stuck. It's done wonders for my health, too; thanks to sports, I overcame the eating disorder and anorexia I had once ☺️😊. I almost got into it, but luckily I reacted quickly Lately, I’ve only been drinking sugar-free cappuccino. But it always has to have milk.🍒☕️🥛❤️❤️

I spent my birthday with my parents Elżbieta Aleksander Elizabeth Alexander and my brother Sebastian thank all once again for the wishes—it was a truly touching moment for me ❤️☺️❤️ Thank you to the Mars store—you know what for ❣️ All in all, it was the best birthday of my life 🥰🥰😊😊 I wore the black dress simply because I liked it, not because I was sadly bidding farewell to my 29th year; I had actually been looking forward to turning 30 for a long time 🌸👸🏼 I don’t regret those 29 years, though my twenties were the hardest time of my life—I was a young, inexperienced girl making mistakes at every turn and learning from them on my own. But I put that past behind me long ago when I moved to Germany 😊

After everything I've been through in life, I couldn't imagine my parents not being there for my 30th birthday. Thank you for the gifts 🎁—a hair dryer, something I'd been dreaming of! 😻 I was so surprised when Mom handed it to me, because my old one had actually broken just two days prior after five years of use. It was truly a lovely gesture and gift from my parents. I'm simply not a spiteful person; I have a good heart.❤️ Despite everything I've had in my life, I can't be nice to my parents. Maybe I've never had good contacts, but when I thought about it, they are my parents 😊I made a wish—though it was hard to blow out the candles because my throat is a bit sore—but I hope the wish comes true.

Yes, I know that coffee washes out iron and magnesium during this time, but I can't function without coffee, still in my favorite Mars mug ❤️ But I started drinking a lot of water, vitamins and lying in bed a lot. I need rest after yesterday's, I'm so scared that I only rest all the time. But you know, you have to go to eat, make food, drink, eat, drink and then lie down. I love eating bread with Nutella or rolls. But I listen to my body, what I want to eat, I don't limit myself ♥️

I almost ended up in the hospital because I was exercising a bit. And now this is a warning to women: don't do it during your period, skip the workouts!! Seriously, it's not worth it. Periods aren't an illness, but you can end up in the hospital if something starts happening. You need to rest during this time. Take care of yourself. I've never had a situation like this before and I've never been so scared. Now I'm just resting, luckily everything's okay. But never make my mistake
I've practically always exercised and nothing happened to me. But suddenly I started feeling really bad, like I was about to faint. I want to warn women, don't do this!! I've learned my lesson and I'm going to rest now

month until my birthday. I can't wait because it's a party for the whole 30th birthday 😸😻😻👸🏼💃🏼
I'm waiting for this birthday with all my life, I've always waited for my birthday for 30 years 🌸🌸 I love my life so much because life is wonderful, you have to enjoy your health and life ♥️

I'm getting a tattoo in a week, 😻👸🏼 I'm getting a tattoo on my neck, but now it will be more visible 😻 In Poland, where women have neck tattoos, they would be judged as inappropriate. I prefer delicate ones on my neck than on my hands. But this isn't Poland, I'm not afraid of judgment 🥰 Although I feel bad, I'm pale here, 😸 Oh, that's why I feel bad, I ate some sweets ♥️🥰🍰 Have a nice day everyone 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤗#Femalepolish#Myhome#Solingen#Lashes#
