Sandokai: The Harmony of Difference and Equality #buddhist #poem #enlightenment #chant #zen #presence #awareness #transmission #activation #energyhealing

Say YES to recieve this energetic transmission and activation of the ancient poem and chant practiced by ZEN schools.

As you read the words, allow the ancient codes of loving energy and faithful wisdom transform your psyche to higher states of consciousness.

“The mind of the great sage of India is intimately transmitted from west to east.

While human faculties are sharp or dull, the way has no northern or southern ancestors.

The spiritual source shines clear in the light; the branching streams flow on in the dark.

Grasping at things is surely delusion; according with sameness is still not enlightenment.

All the objects of the senses interact and yet do not.
Interacting brings involvement. Otherwise, each keeps its place.

Sights vary in quality and form, sounds differ as pleasing or harsh.

Refined and common speech come together in the dark,
clear and murky phrases are distinguished in the light.
The four elements return to their natures just as a child turns to its mother;

Fire heats, wind moves, water wets, earth is solid.
Eye and sights, ear and sounds, nose and smells, tongue and tastes;
Thus with each and every thing, depending on these roots, the leaves spread forth.

Trunk and branches share the essence; revered and common, each has its speech.

In the light there is darkness, but don’t take it as dark;
In the dark there is light, but don’t see it as light.
Light and dark oppose one another like the front and back foot in walking.

Each of the myriad things has its merit, expressed according to function and place.
Phenomena exist; box and lid fit. principle responds; arrow points meet.

Hearing the words, understand the meaning; don’t set up standards of your own.

If you don’t understand the way right before you, how will you know the path as you walk?

Progress is not a matter of far or near, but if you are confused, mountains and rivers block your way.

I respectfully urge you who study the mystery, do not pass your days and nights in vain”.

Thank you, it is done x3.

Many people have heard of the higher self but few have heard of the Monad. As multidimensional beings, The Monad is the next “level” of our being above the higher self.
The Higher Chakras (above the crown) are access points to our Spiritual body within our auric field. Within our Spiritual body lives our soul, spirit/higher self, multidimensional and universal self- Monad.
Our spiritual body within our auric field(Biofield) is made up of atmic, buddhic and Monadic connection.
Our Monad is the direct aspect of the force you know as the universal field of consciousness (or God within). Your Monadic energy supplies you with the life force (Qi/Prana), love and intelligence for existence.
The Monad is ultimately responsible for your Spiritual evolution. If you desire to increase your light/vibration and accelerate your spiritual growth then working at this level of your being is essential.
The Monad energy/dimension is a High frequency and therefore accessing this energy requires regular relaxation response, meditation and chakra balancing/ cleansing as a doorway into our multidimensional self.
The best way to start is an ongoing Spiritual practice including meditation, mindfulness, incubating your dreams and aura/chakra energy balancing for support.
Focus an orb of white light travelling from the earth star chakra (30-40cm) beneath your feet all the way up the midline of your body, passing your heart and ascending above (30-40cm) the crown.
During this meditation incorporate conscious breathing, colour therapy, aromatherapy, flower essences, your own voice as sound healing and any other energy tools to move your energy toward actualising intention.
Grounding is essential after this meditation. Loving kindness, non judgemental thoughts and treating everyone as an extension of you including all living energies will guide you even closer. The key is to embody the God within.
More on the higher chakras and in next post.
Stay blessed.
