I know we all know I just had double jaw surgery, genioplasty, and two total joint replacements just 10 weeks ago. My nerves and muscles are doing a whole bunch of crazy things right now as it’s been adjusting to the new position of my jaw. I also need to massage out the scar tissue which is another a weird feeling. But thankfully, I got to take a lil nap yesterday and get a head massage at @zenheadspanj ✨ this is EXACTLY the post op care my surgeon recommended. The fact I have more movement in my face already and the swelling has visibly reduced since yesterday is crazy to me!! I wish I could get one of these done everyday LOL. I highly recommend booking an appointment for a little self care treat to yourself. This was truly amazing and I won’t shut up about it 💆🏼‍♀️ this was extremely helpful in my healing process so THANK YOU @zenheadspanj ✨💖

Bloom despite the weeds and grow tall and beautiful anyways. Bloom where you are even if you wish you were elsewhere. Know that everything you need to bloom is right inside of you- you already have the strength and capability to grow. For wildflowers adapt and bloom wherever they want, no matter their surroundings.

Head Spas are a big thing in Asia and I was excited to see one pop up locally to me. Head Spas are ultra relaxing and have so many benefits such as scalp detoxification which strengthens the hair follicles (which can help lead to hair growth) and not to mention decreases your stress and anxiety (Sign me up!!).

@zenheadspanj offers 3 services currently with one additional add on. I tried the Head Spa with a light blow dry. It was so good I was sad when it had to end. My scalp felt ultra clean and I noticed my hair didn’t get as oily since I had this treatment done.
