POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

11 years of connection, grounding, movement, laughter, sweat, strength, challenges, relaxation, and love shared between the most incredible humans.

@pure_yogastudio has been my home base since the beginning. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by the greatest yogi’s (and now pilates babes) in the biz.

Through all the changes in life, after so many years, this remains my constant.

Happy birthday PURE!
I’m your biggest fan. 💚💚💚

Get a sneak peek into the journey where we’ll be exploring breathtaking mountain trails, connecting with ourselves and each other, and diving deep into a yoga practice designed for all levels. This is more than a retreat; it’s an opportunity to discover your true north and find your inner wild. Will you be joining us in the Colorado Rockies this Fall? #coloradoretreat #innerwild #yogaadventures #liveonpoint @onpointya
