Performance isn’t built through one approach alone. As someone who helps others optimize movement, recovery, and overall function, I believe in investing in my own health as well. These are some of the professionals I personally trust to help me stay at my best. Grateful to be surrounded by practitioners who care deeply about helping others thrive.

A lot of you’ve been have been asking … lol no I’m kidding but also serious that I have tried 1 million different people, places, and things, and I am incredibly picky and they really are the best of the best. These are the people, places + things in Columbus that have completely changed my life and I swear by SO even if one of them helps you this was cool and worth it. I take my recommendations very seriously and it’s something I pride myself on, so just know I would never recommend something that I wasn’t absolutely totally obsessed in that I thought was totally worth it. NOTE: Some of these people aren’t our clients and a lot of them are but that’s also why we work with them because they really are the best in their space. 😉 Lmk if there is something I neeeeed to try - nothing would make me happier than growing this list!

I had a blast during this business session with Mark at @zenpointacupuncture ! I really enjoyed getting to photograph fire and the art of how cupping works.🔥 If you’ve never tried cupping/acupuncture before, I highly recommend it! It has personally brought immense healing and relief to my low back pain and makes my body feel brand new every time.🥹🙌🏼 Mark is the best guy for the job and just radiates with peace and kindness, so definitely go to him for all your acupuncture needs!

After the last week, I needed a nervous system reset and wanted to share my top 5 healers of ALL time to help me restore - and - repair my mental (and physical) health. ✨ @zenpointacupuncture gua sha + cupping ✨ @theinsidespace_ chiropractic ✨ @blueboatcounseling cognitive behavioral therapy ✨ @bereplenish @kristiblankenshiplmtlae massage ✨ @innerkeyhealing @urbanacupuncturecenter @vitellas_zhang acupuncture Through the last 8 years of experiences from life changing trauma to the little daily things, I’ve tried just about everything and everyone and have found these 5 people and places to be the most beneficial for my mental - and physical - health. I’ve learned for me I have to listen to my body - and mind - when it whispers so it doesn’t have to scream, because taking care of things at a 2 is much easier than at a 10. I’m more grateful than ever to have the healers and resources that we do in Columbus that are ready to take care of it. If you have a magic healer I need to add to the rotation don’t gatekeep and let your girlie know!!!

🧖‍♂️ Have you ever tried cupping? I went to @zenpointacupuncture and it was more relaxing than a massage and lasted almost a week as opposed to a day. Tell me below your thoughts on cupping? 👇

I hit up @zenpointacupuncture today (met Mark at @thewonderjam event). Here’s how it works: ✔️You fill out what you’re needing. I went for a pinched nerve in my back + poor sleep + anxiety ✔️the session is 45 min to an hour and he starts with cupping (my fave part) followed by 30+ minutes of acupuncture. ✔️there’s a salt lamp + heat lamp and it’s super relaxing Repeat clients are only $50 💕Does it hurt? Noooo guys. I was scared to get my ears pierced at age 15 if that provides any kinda foundation😂 Do we think he should setup at a future TBB event? Drop it 👇
