POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I come from a family of goofballs. My mum and her sisters, especially. 😂

They gave me a name that has lived rent-free in my head for years. It’s even funnier in my tribe’s language because I’m Annang.

Ikwod Ikpaga Intim. 🤣

Basically, a species of frog you can torture all you want, but you can NEVER kill. That MF is tougher than hell. 😂😂

Anyway, I’m back at the office, and PEPSI is in the bag now! 🥤🔥

Back on set, back to directing, back to doing what I do best.

Ikwod Ikpaga Intim no dey die! 🤣🎬

I’ve decided to be more deliberate about putting my work out there. Not to show off. Not to chase applause. But because I’m beginning to appreciate that the things we create, the lessons we learn, and the experiences we gather can mean something to someone else.

Sometimes, we underestimate the power of sharing the process, not just the finished product. The thinking behind an idea. The people who helped bring it to life. The mistakes that made us better. The little decisions that eventually became something worth sharing.

Great work rarely happens in isolation. Behind most ideas worth celebrating are people who challenged the thinking, brought a different perspective, asked the difficult questions, or simply showed up when it mattered. Collaboration reminds us that our best work can emerge when we make room for other people’s brilliance.

Storytelling, on the other hand, gives that work a life beyond the moment. It helps people see what is possible, understand the journey, and perhaps find the courage to start something of their own. I’m learning that keeping everything to yourself doesn’t make the work more valuable. Sometimes, sharing it creates even more value.

So, I want to tell more stories about the work I do, the ideas I believe in, the people I get to work with, and the lessons I pick up along the way. If something I’ve created can inspire one person, help someone think differently, or encourage another person to take that first step, then sharing it is worth it.

Because it’s TBT! Two years later, and this one is still giving. 🎬✨

Throwing it back to @myfcmb “Power of the Group”, a project I’m genuinely proud to have worked on.

From the vision to the execution, it was a beautiful coming together of movement, culture, performance and storytelling, made possible by an incredible team.

This is the kind of work that reminds me why I love what I do.

Proudly produced by @zerodegreesng.

Power of the Group. Power in the work.
