Late post by a lot so I recycled some content. Regenerative Matters is an exhibition presented for Geelong Design Week 2026 that I had the pleasure of collaborating on! The exhibition featured work created and presented by the amazing students from Design Futures Lab at Sacred Heart Geelong and I had a wonderful time working on an installation made entirely of EXPIRED disposable face masks.

📣 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

It’s been just over 2 years since @cobysexology and I moved to Ocean Grove and found the most wholesome and nurturing community to help us feel at home…

But as the saying goes, Change is the only Constant, and with that it’s time for us to spread our wings and make a new nest.

In 2 weeks’ time, we’ll be moving to our dream house outside the Castlemaine area into an off grid funky lil hexagon on a whole acre to call our own 🥹

Before we depart, we’d love to see all of the beautiful humans who have made this community so magical for us. Whether it was at the beach with @sunrise.hunter_ or in a yoga class @zeropointyoga or anywhere in between, we’d love to see you in TWO days’ time for a special lil farewell drinks.

If we haven’t had the chance to tell you IRL but you’re seeing this post, then please JOIN the TWO of US at @2_doors_down_ocean_grove for their SUMMER CLUB launch this Friday, 23rd of October.

We’ll be there from 5pm onwards, celebrating this time we’ve shared together and the community that is rippling magic out into this beautiful world. 💕

Something I really invite into both the counselling sessions and the yin classes I hold is the practice of actually acknowledging and sitting with discomfort!!

How often do we feel something uncomfortable and immediately want to move away from it, distract ourselves or find a way to make it go away..

What if instead we got a little curious 🤔

Where do you feel it in your body? What does it feel like?
Can you breathe into it, maybe creating a little more space around what's there, without needing to change it or make it disappear, like creating a more comfortable home for this feeling to live within you 🏡

You don't have to fix it, figure it out or know what to do with it just yet, you can simply acknowledge what's there and give yourself a little space to feel it 🤍

Because maybe we don't always need to find a way out of discomfort straight away, maybe there's something to be learnt by staying a little longer, listening a little closer and allowing ourselves to feel what we're feeling without making it mean something has gone wrong!

Now this isn't me telling you to force yourself to sit with something that feels like too big, it's about slowly practising acknowledging & meeting yourself where you're at 🙏🏽✨️
