Speed Stacking! 🥤⚡

Now hear me out on this one…

It might not look as vintage or rustic as the games you’d normally picture at a wedding, but this little game kept a group of teenagers entertained for around six hours! 😂

Stack the cups up.
Stack them back down.
Then see how fast you can do it against the timer that comes with the game.

Simple? Yes.
Addictive? Absolutely!

I’m not even going to push you to hire this one separately, because from now on I’ll be bringing it along to all of my hosted events.

And honestly… I guarantee it’ll get played more than a giant, boring Noughts & Crosses! 😂

Yesterday we were at the beautiful Doddington Hall, with amazing food, a gorgeous setting and a smaller garden area. We brought along a mix of traditional games, tabletop games and a few of our other favourites.

Because sometimes the simplest games are the ones people just keep coming back to. 🎯🏆

Sure, we do what other games hire companies do… but where’s the fun in stopping there? 🎉

At L & N Games Hire, we bring you exclusive games you won’t find anywhere else — the kind that get everyone talking, laughing, and competing.

And don’t think we’re just for weddings! 💍From corporate parties and team-building events to school leavers’ celebrations, birthdays, and everything in between, we bring the fun to any occasion.

If there’s a reason to celebrate, we’ve got the games to make it unforgettable. 🎯🎊

Drop us a message and let’s get the party started!

One of our closest 5-second timer stops right at the end of the video 👀⏱️

Such a great day yesterday at Doddington Hall! I had so much fun I completely forgot to film everything, but here are a few highlights—plus a sneak peek at two of our new games in testing.

The giant Guess Who was non-stop all day with both kids and adults, and micro football is already proving to be a brilliant addition to our tabletop collection ⚽🎯

It’s time for the second #threegamethursday of 2026 (a community hashtag started by @our_tabletop_home )and today I’ve teamed up with little Molly again and we have chosen -

Three All Action Games We Love To Play!

Klask @klaskgame is a magnetic driven game in which aim to either push the ball into your opponents goal or force two magnets to attach to your opponents stick. All controlled from underneath by magnets!

Zesenai @zesenaigames is a micro football game that takes place on a narrow thin board and you have one player who can move half that length who you need to use to score! Frantic all action fun!

A Game of Cat and Mouth @gameofkittens is greet back an forward fun as you flick balls from your cats paw into the opponents half and try to meet one of the three winning conditions. Again it’s all action frantic fun

700 Games 1 Year
Games #11-12 ‘A Game of Cat and Mouth’ @gameofkittens and ‘Zesenai Micro Football’ @zesenaigames

A snowy weekend led to plenty of all action games with the little one and we played two of our favourites in the genre….

‘A Game of Cat and Mouth’ involves using your cat paw to flick balls through the gap in the centre of the play area to win the game. There are several winning conditions but all involved trying to rapid fire the balls across! Super fun stuff for little ones

‘Zesenai Micro Football’ @zesenaigames is another one we have played time and time again as it’s so simple, quick and action heavy. Flick your player to try and score goals on the narrow playing board. Frantic, fun and ideal for little ones

It’s that twixt-mas period so a lot of family
Games this week but still managed to fit in some chunkier titles and here are my #sundaystats -

- ‘Covenant’ is my game of 2025 mutipalyer wise and managed to have another game this week as well as a solo run. The solo mode was much better than I expected and if you’re a solo gamer only this may well be worth a look @devirgames

- ‘Endeavour Deep Sea’ got to the table again and I am excited to play this worker placement/tableau building adventure game more in 2026 @grandgamersguild

- Me and the little one discovered ‘Potion Explosion’ for the first time and it’s been an instant hit that we can’t stop playing! @horribleguild

- Some favourites got to the table including ‘Nekojima’ which is one of our favourite dexterity games and ‘Tatakai’ which is a fun head to head battle game with simple rules and a lot of replayability! @tatakaigame

- ‘Dice Pool Party’ is a Yahtzee style game where you only have three seconds to view the dice! Perfect for little ones

- I don’t play a lot of work games but ‘Wordsy’ was a hit with us. @allplayhq

- ‘Aspens’ was one I’d been wanting to play a while and it didn’t disappoint. A two player area control game all About growing your trees and establishing presence! Unique mechanics and a lot of expansions….worth a look. @ludivoregames

…..and any week I get to play ‘Apairy’ is a great week! @jameystegmaier

- Lot of all action stuff with the little one as well
Including ‘Klask’ ‘A Game of Cat and Mouth’ and ‘Zesenai’ Micro Football’ @klaskgame @zesenaigames

It’s time for #sundaystats🎲 and it’s been another busy week with plenty of games with the little one included -

- Having played the upcoming final entry into the ‘Tranquility’ @jemmersongames series lately I got the original back to the table many times this week for some solo gaming. Just the perfect cozy game!

- ‘Omshanti’ @omshantigame had plenty of table time this week. A great hands on all action glide ball title

- We continued the ‘Bomb Busters’ @pegasusspiele campaign which continues to be one of my favourite co-operative experiences

- Monday night club saw another play of ‘Paladins of the West Kingdom’ @garphillgames which ranks easily in my top 10 of all time. Worker placement perfection

- The little one loved the likes of ‘Swapple’ @gibsons_games which is a fun set collection game and of course one of your favourite two player head to head titles ‘Tatakai’ @tatakaigame

- ‘Toy Battle’ @reposproduction was as a fun as ever and the hands on fun of ‘Zesenai Micro Football’ @zesenaigames gave us another close game!

𝐙𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐢 - 🇬🇧⚽️ In this fun 1 vs 1 game @zesenaigames you are going to “play soccer” against each other. The goal is to get the ball into the opponent’s round box. Using the bar you can shoot the ball! But of course also stop the ball. 🥅

It’s fun, fast, easy, exciting and anyone can play it! 🙏🏻 Perfect for a family game night.

***********************
