Last week we embarked on a little field trip (hopefully the first of many).🚶🏼‍♀️🍃⛰️

With the guidance of @cristina_maldonado_projects , @michalsalwinski and hello!earth’s “Recipes for the Contemporary Alchemist” we went on a slow walk through the Saxon Switzerland National Park which has been devastated by a wildfire back in 2022.

In the middle of the park, surrounded by charred trees, young green saplings, fallen leaves, and sticks, we followed one of hello!earth’s recipes. Here’s what it said: “Find 7 random things. Place them on a line ordering them from most alive to least alive.”

Two new people have joined the lab. 💙
@fizmakiz and @zesudg came in 2 weeks ago and are already part of how things move here — diving into research and joining us in developing our first board game.
Volunteering time and curiosity toward something still taking shape takes a certain kind of trust.
Welcome, both. Glad you’re here! 💙
