🌅 ZHdK Information Days 2026: Behind the campaign 🌅
The posters for this year’s ZHdK Information Days were screen-printed using the iris printing technique and produced by Hagmann Siebdruck GmbH @hagmann_siebdruck in Winterthur.
From 16–20 November 2026, the doors of Zurich University of the Arts open to the next generation of artists, designers and cultural practitioners. Get to know our spaces, people and programmes in art education, design, film, fine arts, music, dance, theatre, transdisciplinarity and cultural critique.

🇨🇭🤘ZURICH, YOU BEAUTY! ⚡️📹 
Here’s a little camcorder BTS from our trip to @zurichfilmfestival for the International premiere of Ultimate Thunder a few weeks ago!

While @ultimatethunderleeds were busy smashing the opening of Testbed 2.0 back in Leeds, director @ben.g.brown_ and editor @liahayes_editing had the very tough job of representing the film in Switzerland. 💀🤘 
We started the day with a Greggs in Manchester and ended up getting the full red-carpet (well, green) treatment in Zurich.  
From the Green Carpet to packed screenings, ace Q&A’s, great interviews, new friends and beers with the OG Swiss punks — the whole experience was properly special. ⚡️🤘 
Despite all the glitz and glamour, everyone was so wonderfully down to earth. 
A massive thank you to everyone at @zurichfilmfestival for being so generous and welcoming, especially our festival guide @vanpamellieven, an absolute legend. 🤘

We felt very lucky to be part of it, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. 
Zurich, thanks for having us. You were bloody lovely. 🇨🇭❤️💀🤘⚡️

⚡️ ULTIMATE THUNDER DOES ZURICH 🇨🇭⚡️ 
We had an amazing time taking @ultimatethunderdoc to Zurich Film Festival @zurichfilmfestival for its INTERNATIONAL PREMIERE.

For a couple of filmmakers from Leeds, it all felt very posh. Proper fancy pants. We didn’t feel awkward at all 😅. 
If only @ultimatethunderleeds could have been there with director @ben.g.brown_ and editor/producer @liahayes_editing - they would have undoubtedly stolen the show.   But the lads had serious business back in Leeds, opening the amazing new @testbedleeds and becoming the first band to test the sound system. Naturally, they blew it away. 🔊⚡️ 
A massive thank you to everyone at Zurich Film Festival - the programmers, staff, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. @vanpamellieven 🤘 
And thank you to everyone who came to our three screenings, asked questions, chatted with us afterwards and told us what the film meant to them. 
After spending so long making this film in Leeds, it’s amazing to see it now travelling internationally and finding completely new audiences who are connecting with the band and their story. It genuinely means a lot. 
Having pints with some OG Swiss Punks, meeting loads of brilliant filmmakers and plenty of new recruits to the Thunder gang, we’re fairly certain @ultimatethunderleeds are going to be massive in Switzerland now. 💀🤘

His documentary follows an improvisational punk band from Leeds whose members
include musicians with learning disabilities, capturing their music, friendship and

A legendary club. A story worth remembering. 🪩

DIE ZUKUNFT IST VERGANGENHEIT takes us on a journey through the final farewell to «Klub Zukunft», one of Zurich’s most legendary nightlife locations.

We sat down with co-founder and DJ Alex Dallas and director Stephan Schulz, who give us exclusive insights into the making of the film. From its beginnings and the friendships that shaped it, to the challenges of running a club and navigating a city increasingly shaped by gentrification.

Once a year, the ZFF brings Hollywood to Zurich. Then, the curtain rises on around 100 curated films, inspiring discoveries as well as World and European premieres. Cast / Audiovisual Media is a subject area at the Zurich University of the Arts. Under the direction of Nadia Holdener, Alun Meyerhans, Naomi Erlich and Adrian Graf, the students in the 3rd and 5th semester create audiovisual content for «ZFF Insight ». They use their knowledge in animation, editing, filming and social media acquired during their studies.
