My two sweethearts! Today is their 4th Anniversary! This was a year ago at their Senior Sunrise. Now they are up early for sunrise together as Freshman at KU!

My two Jayhawks. ♥️💙

I love you Luce McScruce and love you Beebs.

Ziah was nice and left the hair untouched.

He’s in college and I keep high through old videos. I. Can’t. Help. It! Losing his shark tooth!

Even funnier now! That precious freckled and silly face is the best!

Throw back 5 years ago. Our Akita turned 12 which called for a ride in my Jeep Wrangler and some delicious Wendy’s bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a frosty!

Yuki + Maysey = ♥️

I was a competitive swimmer and happily my sons enjoyed and became them too. This is Ziah at 5 (2013) when I taught him his first flip turn. He loved racing and became quite the competitor in freestyle and breaststroke until 9th grade when he fell love with football.

Serendipity everywhere the day we moved Ziah into his dorm at KU.

1st. This is a photo of me from 1995 with my dad (a KU Alum) helping me move into my dorm. @thevintagehawks posts this and it makes me smile every time. SO Ziah and I decided to recreate it. 31 years later I’m moving my son into KU.

2nd. A photo of my family. THREE generations of Jayhawks. My dad, Steve Mayse (80). My son, Luna Hill (class of 2027), me (class of 1999), my youngest son, Ziah Hill (class of 2030) and my mom 73…also a KU alum!

3rd. A pic of my dad and Ziah. Ziah’s room number is the same as my dad’s was.

4th. A pic of my mom and Ziah. Her dorm was GSP just like his.

I love serendipity like that.

❤️💙. Rock Chalk KU. No other school had a chance in this family. We are born Jayhawks.

Beginning his 3rd week at KU and loving it. The house is a lot quieter, the fridge is MUCH emptier and he’s figuring this college life out!

KU is lucky to have him and he’s lucky to have his older brother living 1 block away, his best friend as his roommate and his girl is at the dorm next door.

Look out! Here comes Ziah!

Practice makes practice 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you want to get better at the thing…you gotta do the thing. A lot.

But before that…you’re gunna suck, overthink it, feel unsure, get all up in your head and more.

I’m not gunna crack the code on golf in a single 90min session.

Same goes for lifting weights or doing a deficit or building a business.

Reps baby. Find a soft focus on “the thing” whatever the thing is for you right now. Soft focus on it, show up keep showing up, and see what happens.

Shoutout to my nephew for being patient, sweet, and sharing all his golf wisdoms! @ziah_hill

The pile of things for college move-in kept growing every week and taking over our front room. See the medicine box I made for him and the last few moments before we hit the road for KU! ♥️💙 Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
