All smiles and love at this past weekend’s 10th annual HVPT! Deep gratitude to all the new and familiar faces that came to the tour this past weekend, you fill us up and the support and joy you express for our work is the pinnacle of what we do. Committing to a life of making art and pots can be physically draining, emotionally brutal, joyful to the extreme, deeply contemplative, and fully immersive. So, when the outpouring of love and happiness is so evident and the support and care comes in such a wave, it’s hard to describe the gratitude we have for you all. The conversations are truly what it’s all about, connecting one on one, we love catching up on life. We hope ALL who made the trip will see this note, if not, we hope they felt the love this past weekend. Please join us again, or for the first time next year, October 16th and 17th, 2027! Until then, we wish you a healthy and prosperous year ahead.

Getting ready for my first event since the move, which I shared in my last newsletter!

This will be my second year in a row participating in the Hudson Valley Pottery Tour with an impressive group of artists.

Although my work has evolved beyond functional pottery, this is where my ceramics journey began, and my sculptural wall tile is still very much rooted in the same Craft language of materials, processes, ceramic history, and appreciation for the handmade.
