What an incredible and rewarding weekend at our LA Fitness Kissimmee Osceola location! 💛

Our Zumba Gold training was so much more than movement and music—it was about connection, purpose, and making our Gold participants feel seen, valued, and important.

@ludmillafleuryzes, your energy, talent, experience, passion, and beautiful humility were truly inspiring. You reminded us that what we do goes beyond fitness—we build relationships, create community, and let our participants know that they matter.

A special thank you to @natysports and @joselinvasquez5 for joining us and bringing the Zumba Wear experience to our event! Your presence made the day even more special.

I walked away inspired, grateful, and even more passionate about what we do. Thank you for such a beautiful experience! 💛

💃🔥 NUNCA TE DESPIDAS DEL BAILE POR LOS PROBLEMAS…
DESPÍDETE DE LOS PROBLEMAS BAILANDO. 💃🔥
vengo a bailarlos. 💃🔥

What an amazing day of learning, growing, and connecting! 💪🏽❤️

I had the opportunity to spend the day with an incredible group of talented instructors during our LA Fitness workshops. There’s something special about coming together, sharing ideas, collaborating, and encouraging one another to continue becoming the very best at what we do.

It’s not just about teaching a class—it’s about inspiring our members, supporting each other, and continuing to grow as instructors and as a team.

So proud of the energy, passion, and commitment everyone brought to the workshops! 🔥🙌🏽

In August 2023 I celebrated my birthday with a country cowboys
Zumba masterclass. A month before I was looking for options to close with a good cooldown song,so I remembered that this song was written and sung by the queen of country music Dolly Parton and it was definitely the best option, today three years later she is no longer with us, but her legacy of music, kindness, love for others, will remain forever.

NO ME ARREGLES. ¡PÓNTE A BAILAR! 😜🔥💃

The hardest part about leaving FL has been saying goodbye to Chance 2 Dance 🩷🩵 I’ve never been more fulfilled or grateful than when I’m with these dancers, who have arguably taught me more than I taught them. I learned about inclusion, friendships, adaptability, and resilience. No one has more resilience and determination than these dancers. I’m so grateful I got to spend these years with C2D’s students and teachers, who took me in with open arms and gave me the sweetest goodbye ever 🥰
