My heart is deeply touched. I just finished the last call of our 6 month practice of the last 150hrs Breathwork Facilitator Training - Oct 2023.

Wow it’s so beautiful to feel the power of the Breath and how this container we opened will be always a safe space to welcome everyone as they are 💚✨

We can tap again in this container anytime that is needed.
The practice and meetings time is finished but this container stays there, it’s just changing, transforming, like the waves 🌊 They transition from students and practitioners to teachers and facilitators. 💪🌬️💎
I’m so proud of each and everyone of you. And what you became those last 6 months!

Excited to start a new container this next month!
Our Training in May is fully booked! Super looking forward to start a new journey of transformation 🔥✨♥️🙏

🌴✨ Ah, Koh Phangan, you spiritual paradise! 🌺🌈 Here you'll not only find dream beaches and magical sunsets, but also a profound journey for the soul. 🧘‍♀️🌅

We were together for 4 weeks. In the Breathwork Teacher Training. We cried, we laughed, we learned so much, we supported each other and we grew together. We went through processes of a different kind together and got to know each other in order to share the strength, power and energy of the breath with the world. I am so grateful that I was able to be part of this wonderful course. And so grateful for this amazing trainer @patricia

Many thanks for these deep conversations during this time. You often gave me the feeling of being at home, which felt really great. THANK YOU <3

And this island, man, it breathes freedom! Love is not only felt here, but lived - through tantra, breathwork, yoga, reiki, ecstatic dance, through healing, through everything that makes the heart resonate. 🌺💖
Here on Koh Phangan you feel the energy differently. It's as if the air here vibrates with opportunities for self-discovery and spiritual growth. 🌟✨
And the people here? Simply extraordinary! Everyone has their own story, their own uniqueness, but we are all connected. We celebrate our journey together with rituals, yoga, meditation - and above all with an open heart. 💞💫
Whether you are just starting out on the path of spirituality or are already an old hand, here you will find space for growth and realization. Koh Phangan is not just an island, it is a living organism full of love and magic. 🌺🌈💖
