God created me to encourage and stir the faith of student-athletes. It’s an honor to be called and trusted to do so. It will never get old and it will always be for God’s glory.

Shoutout to the primary group I had stewardship over this year. The South Central HS boy’s hurdle group, through faithful consistency, produced Zion Whitaker with the #2 110H time in 7A (14.08), and Johnovan Cheek and Ray’Quan Walker, who are respectively the #2 and #3 freshman 300m hurdlers in the state of NC.

Having just come out of a season that was so hurtful, I had no clue what God was shifting. Now I do. #FalconsRISE #FalconFast #FalconPride

04/23/22 The day I tied the knot 🪢 I love my family to death best believe I’m ready to do life bout them 10 toes down forever I can’t imagine my life without them my wife and kid are the best thing that ever happened to me the reason I go so hard I knew what I wanted at an early age so I went out and got it 😤 so a message to all the young niggas out there it’s okay to be you cause Mfs gone have something to say regardless fuck anybody perspective of you long as you know who you are. Don’t let nobody change who you are for shit. Fuck the critics 🖕🏾 it ain’t easy to stand alone but I’d rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6 💯
