You can learn a lot about someone by how they take their coffee, what time they show up to a meeting, and what they’re order when they’re in charge of office lunch.

Meet the personalities behind POWER.

We may not agree on everything, but when it comes to doing great work and creating results for our clients, this team is all in.

First CrossFit competition in the books! 🏋️‍♀️✨

Growing up in a culture that constantly teaches women to be quiet, stay small, and measure our worth by thinness, finding this sport has been a game changer for me. CrossFit has taught me to stop asking my body to shrink, stop apologizing for being powerful, and start unapologetically taking up space physically, mentally, and capability-wise.

Stepping onto the floor with my teammate @allie_kayee was a celebration of that shift, and we looked and felt unstoppable doing it thanks to @icingcollection for outfitting us in the best gear! 💪💜🧁

Grateful beyond words for the @ultimet_fitness community building the strength, confidence, and coaching to get us here. Today was about owning our strength, trusting the work, and refusing to shrink for anyone.

Another year (11) in the books, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the family that makes this place what it is. 🦋

Every workout, every PR, every early morning, every late night, every laugh, every hard day, and every person who has walked through our doors has been part of our story!

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited for where we’re going. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your fitness journey and for continuing to show up, support each other, and make this family so special.

Here’s to another year of getting stronger, pushing limits, and doing it together. 💪

🎉 S/o to our DJ @larsensation, @praetzelproductions for the DOPE photos, and @sobo_bagels for the amazing bagels!
