The powder room has been wallpapered and ready for its mirror and light. One room is basically done ✔️ Only 5 more bathrooms, the kitchen, pantry, and stairs to finish. But who is counting?

I took a break from the hustle with the loveliest brunch hosted by @coyuchi to launch their new Fall goodies. They are the best of the best.

I’m still thinking about the food by @littlehat.la for the @coyuchi brunch.

Alec and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary with an impressive seafood tower at the beach. As one does.

Fifteen years ago I was planning weddings. Now I’m (apparently) officiating them. (Credit to @_katebrien_ for that reflection.) A nostalgic arc from Type A Strategy Queen to reluctant-but-thoughtful Sage. Very poetic. Also, I couldn’t feel my legs for the entire ceremony. CASUAL. NBD.

Zo and Paul, thank you for trusting me with this. For doing me the honor. For being you. The way you’ve navigated these years together is no small feat. I see your maturity, your wisdom, your grace. Your hearts are wide open and willing to let this commitment change you, and to grow more love than you can imagine.

If your 2026 business plan lives in your Notes app between a grocery list and a lockbox code, this one’s for you.

I’ve watched a lot of really talented agents make a plan and then lose track of it. And I don’t think it’s because they don’t care about the plan. I think it’s because the plan never had much to do with how they wanted the year to go.

It had a number in it. Usually a big one. And then a long list of things they were going to do more of.

What it didn’t have was the stuff that keeps you going in March, when the market’s slow and you’re tired. Why you’re doing it. Who it’s for. What you want your weeks to look like. What the money is going to make possible when it comes in.

That’s the part I want to help you build into your 2027 plan.

And I mean the whole plan. The business, and the life you’re building with it. Your health. Your family. The trips you keep putting off. The things you love doing that never seem to make it onto the calendar. We’re going to get really clear on that side too, and then break all of it down into what you’re doing daily, weekly and monthly, so the plan shows up in how you spend your weeks.

The Intentional 2027 Plan is six weeks of group coaching with me, starting October 21. We’ll look back at this year, get clear on what you want next year to hold, and then build out your pillars, your marketing and your numbers to support it. You’ll walk away with a complete plan, a production tracker and a marketing calendar for the whole year. All things that make it a lot harder for your plan to end up back in your Notes app.
