🏖️🌞🐕 “BABE YOU MAKE EVERYTHING FEEL LIKE A HOLIDAY” 🐦‍⬛🌸✨

I recently saw a quote from Dua lipa she was asked about the jokes and memes online about her always being on holiday, she responded with “im not always on vacation ( im english we call it holiday!) I just make Everything I do feel like a holiday”, and it made me think how lovely this was, and also how my mum has this magic too! She makes everything feel, even the smallest most mundane things exciting, cosy or magical! I am so lucky

When you can’t afford a holiday, or maybe you don’t like flying, or you can’t get the time off, or you just like staying where you are! bring the holiday to you! Whether that be your balcony, your yard your garden or your front porch! Wherever you are bring the vacation vibes to you! This babe is doing exactly that! I wish I had a little house and garden like this though! With a stable attached!!!

Hope you’re having a lovely weekend or a holiday whatever you’re doing this summer! You all deserve it!

🍄🍏🔤 ABC OF TRINKETS & CHARMS 🍳🍥🎠 babes, I present to you the ultimate, final boss line up of the most iconic babes of my (and hopefully yours too) life, In the style of an educational ABC poster! coz it’s mandatory learning for all ages! Recommended by BBE (babes board of education) you MUST know, recognise or own at least one of these babes once in your life time!!
this started off with 4 of these lil Icons and a random quote, but b4 I knew it I had about 20, instead of slowing down, I sped up & added 45 more. I knew I didn’t want this to be exactly like my last 2 pieces, I wanted to give these legends all the recognition they deserve. I spent hours reworking the concept until I finally got to this, a classic ABC school/educational poster, coz then all the babes get their own stage to shine! I know this isn’t graphic design, but shout outs to all my GD babes coz that shit is SO hard and logical/mathy something I can’t do I just draw lol so to kinda get this to where it incorporates illustration & elements of GD im quite pleased! I did nearly give up a few times like!
Collecting bits has been something I’ve done my entire life, a true love born out of a blessed childhood of collecting things like this. Stuff I’ve kept for years that are so nostalgic and have been in my life for all versions of me,some how the tiny things have survived over 25 moves (I know) when so many other things were lost. the ancient Egyptians used to take their treasure to the after life with them, I often think about this! how collecting isn’t about just consumption but about admiring the treasure you have carefully gathered over time that shows your identity & interests. This is an organised love letter to many icons that have been my friends & brought me joy forever! Big ups cutie icons my most fave materialistic thing in the world! I hope u love this as much as I loved creating it! & anyone of my babes with babies this is obviously vital early learning, about relics and icons of the past and present! Love u all you little treasures and charms !!

Swipe for text free version & IRL version
& I’ve done a wallpaper too! It will be in my story highlights!
