just a couple pics of me, my scars, frizzy hair, and stretch marks, communing with Mother Earth on the first day of gem szn. 🌍I do love a spontaneous trip with @theblessedlion. did you know New York has beaches? i think we should make this a weekly thing, like church or something💋I usually would never take (let alone POST 🤯) pictures of myself on the beach like this, but it feels reallly good to just show up exactly as I am today. 👏😎 love ya! 🌹#sacredthirsttrap #freeyourself

#dc dump! what an incredible week with family🖤still processing all the fun & adventure! Huge congrats to the gorgeous newlyweds, and thank you momma @janettemcgreer for suggesting we extend the vacation to include DC! What a moment it was to read that Judge Jackson was confirmed — while walking through the National Art Gallery! 💖#loveisloveisloveislove

i was doing some laptop organizing and came across a few more gems… 👌so here’s a bunch of shots from my shoot with @themichaelkushner wayyy back in the before times (2017🥲). I remember getting these pics back and thinking I had #failed… once again. I remember meticulously picking apart every little roll, wrinkle, mark on my skin, every imperfection. there were so many shots with “odd angles of my weird face”, my hair “not being perfect” (if only I could take the best parts of each photo and put them together! Then maybe I’d look more like the actors on the covers of every magazine I worshipped🙄) but that wasn’t (and isn’t) real. The single one or two pics I deemed “good enough” had to be taken, edited & printed for several hundred dollars. so that WAS my shot now. (Don’t have any extra dollars for another shoot, another edit, another headache- gotta pay some astronomically high rent in a few days!) None of these felt pretty or cute or funny or good enough to post. 🥺(And of course I wouldn’t wanna be “annoying” and post them all for “help choosing.” Post a silly pic for the fair weather friends? and the people from college who voted me “#WORSTINSTAGRAM” for our Grickies superlatives *because* my posts were “annoying”?? 😵‍💫 …I think I was just posting whatever the fuck I wanted and people were triggered? (boco peeps no worries I still think it was fucking hilarious… i WAS being weird lmao. But like… so what? we didn’t know how to use Instagram yet. So I just used it how I wanted!😂🤙 dude but srsly why would I wanna throw myself to the wolves? (What if someone sees this funny weird ugly unedited pic and gets the wrong impression of me!!!!!😫) So I took the “loss.” If it’s not perfect it’s not for Instagram, right? Thank god I don’t think like that anymore. I mean look at these shots!!! THEY ARE GORGEOUS. 🤯 #thankyou Michael 🥺🤌 #theatrebitch #whosthatgirl #PS. WTF 🤬 I was so skinny back then. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I THINK I WAS #FAT? 😭#Jesus the media and the entertainment industry really had me in a chokehold. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ alright IG is gonna cut me off if I write to much more. Isn’t THAT ironic? xoxo, love, babe 🥀

✨✨Take me to the magic of the moment🎶🎸🎶 (iykyk)✨✨✌️😭✌️ 🥺🕊🕯anyway here’s some gemz from this past week in literal heaven 🥰✨💖🌹💘#pnw #cascadiavibes ✌️🤓✌️ p.s. this place makes me feel so creative dude. something something “in the water” I think it’s locally said ? 😉🤠#olyitsthewater Also… I have most obviously decided I’m gonna try the @britneyspears approach here now. She basically is using it like a live journal account or somethin. I love it. It’s so raw and real. That authenticity is simply captivating. Not to mention trendy with this whole #newmilennium revival! Loves it! Can’t wait to see her interview with Oprah. What a full circle moment. What r u lookin forward to these days? I know it’s been hard, what with all the actual war erupting all around us. I light a candle every day for Ukraine 🇺🇦And all those suffering in this world polluted with hate. For my pals & their families & friends living there, seeing their heritage, homes, lives just ripped away. For nothing. For hate. I light a candle for my ancestors. (and yours. 🕯ours.) let’s hold them tight in our light tonight. {visit @withukraine_ & @khrystyana for on the ground, direct line updates & donation links.} Love you ALL. xx - babe rose 🌹 (my new, additional moniker…) *P*S* swipe for a truly #camp moment from my stint as the grande dame old broadway diva herself, Dorothy Brock, in 42nd street. As a literal child. (13.. or 12?) First time I truly felt like an icon. Makes me long for a vaudeville revival, 21st century style. 🎭🤹‍♀️Love her. (And you, @cteolympia / @kdorgan1 🥰 #sparkleplenty ✨) 🍸👯‍♀️💗(… speaking of camp …) Okay bye now! #wow …im such a #geminirising @thecosmicrx🃏.guyz. (ungendered) … I just simply can’t stop thinking/writing/creating right nowww…✌️😅✨ Pisces season has me 🤠🪄🧜🏻‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🦄👏🙃😈 #airyfairy #mercurialaf #venusincapricorn #thanksfotcomingtomydiary #worstinstagramever

they say we’re walking into a new “roaring twenties”, so @theblessedlion and I did our research by drinking poor mans champagne & watching The Great Gatsby at @skyline_drivein_nyc at sunset! Highly recommend this date night idea, old sport! 😏♥️✨🌆 #nyc #nycdatenight #sunset #ignyc
