Zoiya is a South London-based singer-songwriter and producer whose mesmeric sound draws on R&B, alternative and indie influences. Rooted in introspective songwriting, her work pairs dreamy textures and luminous vocals with unexpected moments of dissonance, crafting soundscapes that are bewitching and emotionally resonant. A classically trained pianist and self-taught multi-instrumentalist, Zoiya approaches music with a deep sense of intention, creating songs that invite listeners into carefully crafted worlds.

Victor Sarpong is a British-Ghanaian writer and poet from London whose work explores the relationship between place, identity and social change. His poetry is observational and politically engaged, using language as a tool for reflection and commentary on the world we share. He has presented work with the South London Gallery, the Victoria & Albert Museum, Christie’s and Letters To The Earth, and is an alumnus of the Roundhouse Poetry Collective. His recent work considers the tension between urban and rural spaces, and how ideas of Collage of 10 artist portraits. Text: "Meet Our Roundhouse Resident Artists 26/27."

Last week my interactive installation exhibition ‘UNIVERSAL INTERVENTION’ (2026) existed at @Piehouse.coop

The installation consists of two handprints directly sew through and into connections by one red string. The audience is invited to touch and cut pieces of red thread, then tangle or attach or weave them onto the installation. Through this collective act, the work continuously transforms and grows with every interaction. Each participant leaves behind a trace of presence. Each knot becomes evidence of an encounter. Each intervention completes the work.

My personal project ‘Universal Intervention’ suggests that connection is never passive. We continuously alter one another’s trajectories simply by existing within the same moment, the same space, the same thread of time. Here, the audience does not merely observe the artwork — they become part of its destiny. To meet is perhaps a blessing shaped by forces beyond understanding:
an invisible pull that transcends time and space, leaving behind bonds that quietly endure.

Oh the most absolutely, heartfelt thanks to @taj_w_ and @econe_lab Gary&Dave&Nick that let me chat shit&play with crazy ideas for making this exhibition happen. Special gratitude to @abisolar.a where I heard this wonderful phase from. Also all heart to all performing artists and to everyone who came&vibed, touched&weaved. I’m also beyond lucky to have ma pups in my life, thanks Jo for an electric adventure 🖤🤍
