matcha talk of the week- my thoughts on other people judging me (a good one! read as much as you can) ft my matcha greens smoothie and the best quote

been thinking a lot about the judgement of others and have come to the conclusion that im happy where i am and truly care very little about the opinions of others that are not my good friends or family (aka, those that want the best for me)

i LOVE the saying “what others say about you is none of your business” because it’s something i have always felt so comfortable living by. anyone who knows me knows that i never want to hear gossip or judgements on myself from people i don’t align with or consider friends. could this be because my ego can’t take it? partially, but if it wasn’t intended for my ears, why should i want to hear it?

why let the doubt of others or criticism of others distract you from being who you want to be?

why allow people who are intimidated by your goals to add negativity or destroy your confidence?

trust yourself and know you’re exactly where you need to be. don’t worry about what others are saying and DO YOU

this can apply ANYWHERE. your social life, your work life, your wellness and health atmosphere, you economic situation, and beyond

it is so healthy and so admirable to have goals that are bigger than you think you can achieve. it’s okay to be scared and to have doubts, but to allow the opinions of others to change the opinion you have on yourself and your abilities is a huge no

Happy Sunday!

I had a great weekend, hit the gym hard and went out for a meal last night which feels such a luxury nowadays. I shall hope life will get back to normality soon.

This post is featuring few products I’ve tested recently:

✨ @caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. I’ve used the old version for years when I don’t use vitamin c I always reach out to this serum. It’s now been reformulated and I got 2 samples. I’ve used the first and it feels silkier and creamier on my skin.
