There’s nothing wrong with you. 🙅🏻‍♀️

That’s actually where Hakomi begins.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, we don’t try to reason our way through your patterns. In our sessions, we get curious about them. Because every part of your psyche - even the ones that feel messy or inconvenient - is doing something for you. Protecting you. Holding something you haven’t been ready to look at yet. 🦋

In our sessions, we slow down together. We listen to what the body is already saying. We trust that your inner wisdom knows the way, and we simply create the space for it to speak.

Nothing to fix. Nothing to force. No part of you is wrong for showing up. ❤️‍🩹

In our sessions, profound change doesn’t arrive through effort or willpower. It arrives through experience and through a moment of recognition, a softening, a quiet shift that your whole system has been waiting for.

It doesn’t usually look dramatic. Sometimes it just feels like finally being able to breath deeper. 🌿

Sometimes, words aren’t enough. 🪷

Sometimes, it’s the warmth of a hand that speaks safety to the nervous system.

In Hakomi and somatic therapy, we work with intentional, attuned touch - never imposed, always invited.

Touch that says: “You are not alone. You are safe here.”

When guided with care, touch can help regulate the body, awaken self-awareness, and bring healing where words may fall short.

It’s not about “fixing” - it’s about being with, softly and supportively. 🙏🏼

You can schedule somatic therapy sessions with us at www.senvo.space

It’s been a while since I danced and created with my Zürich community —
and I’ve missed it. 💫

After months of travel through Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, and Turkey —
studying embodiment, performance, and art —
I feel full of inspiration and ready to share this energy with you again.
