You know a meal is good when you’re already thinking about going back

We came to Zyka Fusion because it’s a fusion spot, and honestly, it ended up being such a good group dinner situation. Everyone could find something they were into, so there was no fighting over what to order

We got a little bit of everything and the flavors were not playing around.

There’s also a pretty good variety chicken, goat, vegetarian options so everyone at the table gets their little moment.

But the garlic naan + chicken tikka masala??? Yeah. That combo had me quiet for a minute.

And the biryani? I kept saying “okay, last bite” and somehow found myself taking approximately 17 more.

So yeah… Zyka Fusion is officially on my list for halal Indian food

Quick stop at Zyka Fusion in Fremont for dinner never disappoints where every bite brings back the “Zyka” of Hyderabadi Cuisine🔥
We had Mutton Dum Ki Biryani with Mirchiyan Ka Salan, and Chicken 65 with Plain Naan! And oh boy it was just as delicious and authentic Hyderabadi as always aH😋😋😋

Deccan Morsels is the first authentic Deccan Hyderabadi culinary restaurant to be established in the Bay Area in 2023.
We tried Chicken 65 with Rumali Roti, Mutton Lokhmi and Talaua Ghosth at Deccan Morsels Fremont several times.
Our favorites:
Mutton Lokhmi 👌👍🏻 , Rumali Chicken 65 and of course the Irani Chai☕️

Charminar Fremont is a beautiful,
spacious Indian restaurant with nice ambiance and authentic Hyderabadi cuisine.
We tried Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani & Chicken 65 with Rumali Roti, Angara Chicken & Shahi Sitafal Malai.
Our favorites:

IndoChinese chicken style with moderate to very spicy levels.

Chicha’s Mehfil is truly an authentic Hyderabadi cuisine where food is served fresh daily!
They have started serving daily Haleem but we haven’t tried it yet.
We tried Mutton Biryani, Chicken 65 with Rumali Roti, Talaua Ghosth & Double Ka Meetha.

We went to Zyka Indian Fusion restaurant in Fremont for our family Eid-ul-Fitr Dinner last night.

“Zyka Indian Fusion is where authentic Indian heritage meets bold fusion innovation.” - Zyka Fusion

It is one of the most authentic Hyderabadi Fusion restaurants and a welcome addition to the East Bay Area food scene. The restaurant serves 💯Zabiha Halal meats crafted with halal ingredients.

We had tried the following menu items:
💥🫕Chicken 65 is a popular, spicy South Indian appetizer of deep-fried, yogurt-marinated chicken pieces, often tossed in a tangy, fiery sauce with curry leaves and chilies.
It was my favorite - cooked done right as spiciness is customizable and it was very authentic Hyderabadi dish 👍🏻
The best Chicken 65 I have ever had in a Bay Area restaurant👍🏻😋
💥🍚 Plain Basmati Rice
💥🍛Mutton Dum Biryani was aromatic basmati rice with tender mutton cooked with whole spices sprinkled with saffron.
It was tasty but a bit spicier than last time we had it. It was served with dahi chutney (yogurt sauce) to balance the spiciness and chili sauce.

☕️Chai
💥☕️Irani Chai was really refreshing even with no added sugar.

🍰 Desserts
💥🍨Gulab Jamun is a popular South Asian dessert made of soft, deep-fried dough balls soaked in a sweet, fragrant syrup, often flavored with rose water, cardamom and saffron.
💥🍨Ras Malai is a popular Indian dessert of soft, spongy cheese (chenna) dumplings soaked in sweetened, thickened milk (rabri) flavored with cardamom, saffron, and nuts like pistachios and almonds.
💥 🥧Sheer khurma is a rich, festive vermicelli pudding made with milk, dates, and nuts, traditionally prepared by Muslims for Eid al-Fitr.

My favorite dessert was Gulab Jamun which was nice, soft and delicious with just the right sweetness. The Rasmalai was delicious too.

We were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff was very courteous and checked on us on a frequent basis.

If you’re looking for a warm cozy atmosphere serving authentic Indian Fusion food, then this is the place.
