Here’s the landscape photos I took with my mom’s Sony a6000 camera. (They didn’t fit well in the previous post and since I get an extra 20 photos may as well just put a lot 😝) by @taggert03

I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been presented this summer.

From losing my previous position due to budget cuts in May to having the time of my life, I truly am honored to have been able to participate in field research for the UofM.

I have learned so much about the world that I can no longer just go outside and see ”nature”. Everything has a name and now that I’ve started to learn them I am gaining a new sense of perspective on what this world has to offer. The world has become so much richer and words cannot state how excited I am to continue exploring it.

As I continue to pursue this career path I am excited for what awaits me, but I am enjoying every moment of the process along the way. From little critters to unique plants that have always hid right under my nose I am beginning to build a repertoire of knowledge that will help me further understand this truly magical world as I gain new skills and friends along the way.

I also want to take a moment here to thank my friends for helping make this summer enjoyable and fulfilling outside of work as this summer would have felt super tedious without them.

I am filled with so much love, but seriously go touch some grass, dive into a bog, GO OUTSIDE. It really does change the way you view the world around you. taken in Minnesota by @taggert03
