Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if cooking an entire meal isn’t on your agenda this year, Nashville has plenty of options! 🤠 Whether you’re looking for a nice dinner out with family, a Thanksgiving buffet, or a fully prepared meal you can bring home, some of Nashville’s favorite restaurants are making the holiday a little easier. From longtime local favorites like Monell’s and Jimmy Kelly’s to spots like Adele’s, Harper’s Steakhouse, and The Hermitage Hotel, there are plenty of ways to celebrate without spending the entire day in the kitchen. And if you’d rather host at home, restaurants like Loveless Cafe, Edley’s, and Martin’s Bar-B-Que are offering Thanksgiving meals to go. Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26 this year, so I’d recommend making reservations or placing your orders early before spots fill up! Save this list for later and send it to someone who might want to skip the cooking this Thanksgiving. One of the things I love about Nashville is the incredible local restaurant scene and the communities that support it. If you’re thinking about making Nashville home or exploring a different neighborhood, DM me. I’d love to help you find the right fit. 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashville #nashvillethanksgiving #nashvillerestaurants #nashvillerealestate #nashvillefoodie by @tagnashville
Nashville is back near the top of the national real estate rankings! According to the Nashville Business Journal, Nashville just claimed the No. 2 spot on the Urban Land Institute’s list of top real estate markets to watch for 2027, making a major comeback into the top five. And when you look at what’s happening across the city, it’s easy to understand why. Billions of dollars in investment are reshaping the East Bank, major office deals are bringing renewed attention to the market, and new residential and mixed-use developments are continuing to transform Nashville’s landscape. From the new Titans stadium to the growing number of opportunities for businesses, residents, and investors, Nashville is positioning itself for another exciting chapter. After nearly two decades in Nashville real estate, I’ve seen this city go through plenty of changes. One thing that continues to stand out is Nashville’s ability to attract investment and reinvent itself. Of course, a national ranking doesn’t mean every neighborhood or property is performing the same way. Understanding the local market is more important than ever. What do you think? Does Nashville deserve the No. 2 spot? If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Nashville real estate, DM me. I’d love to help you navigate the market and find the right opportunities. 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashville #nashvillerealestate #nashvilledevelopment #nashvillehomes #nashvilletn by @tagnashville
✨LISTING COMING SOON✨ 917 Wedgewood Ave 3 BD | 2.5 BA | 2,390 SQFT Listed by: Us @tagnashville 👋 This one is for the person who loves being in the middle of everything Nashville has to offer but still wants a place that feels like home at the end of the day. Someone who has their favorite spots in 12 South, likes being able to walk to dinner on a Friday night, and wants to live in a neighborhood where people are actually out enjoying it. Built in 1940 and renovated in 2021, this home has the kind of character you don’t find in newer construction, but with all the updates you’d want. There’s a kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and custom breakfast nook, a living room with a fireplace, and a primary suite with heated bathroom floors and a soaking tub. Upstairs, you’ve got two bedrooms and a bonus room that could be an office, a place for the kids, or somewhere to watch football on the weekends. And when the weather’s nice, you’ve got a covered front porch and a big back deck to enjoy. But what I really like about this one is that you can walk out your front door and have some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses just minutes away. Nashville just hosted one of the biggest nights in Southern dining, and our local restaurants had plenty to celebrate! The 2026 Michelin Guide American South ceremony took place at The Pinnacle, bringing some of the region’s best chefs together to recognize exceptional food and hospitality. Here’s how Nashville restaurants were recognized this year: MICHELIN ONE-STAR RESTAURANTS (RETAINED) •Bastion •The Catbird Seat •Locust NEW BIB GOURMAND AWARD •Maíz de la Vida NEW MICHELIN-RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS •5th & Taylor •Junior •Present Tense While Nashville’s three Michelin-starred restaurants maintained their honors, four additional local restaurants received new recognition. And I think this says a lot about where Nashville is headed. The city continues to attract national attention, but it’s the local chefs, independent businesses, and unique neighborhoods that make living here so special. From Germantown to Wedgewood-Houston, Nashville’s food scene is becoming another reason people fall in love with this city. And when it comes to real estate, finding the right home is only part of the equation. Finding a neighborhood with the restaurants, culture, and lifestyle you love matters just as much. Thinking about making Nashville home or exploring a different part of the city? DM us. We’d love to help you find the right fit. Which Nashville restaurant do you think deserves a Michelin star next? 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashville #nashvillerestaurants #nashvillefoodscene #nashvillerealestate #nashvilleliving by @tagnashville
Nashville International Airport is getting another major upgrade, and this one is bringing a whole new level of luxury to BNA. Southwest Airlines just revealed the first look at its new Icon Lounge, expected to open in late 2027, and Nashville is one of only four cities selected for the initial rollout. The new lounge will feature a stunning gold bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, premium amenities, and locally inspired design elements. The project is part of a reported $53 million investment, adding to Southwest’s continued expansion at BNA. And Nashville is joining Austin, Baltimore, and Honolulu as some of the first cities in the country to welcome this new experience. It’s another example of how Nashville continues to evolve, not just as a tourism destination, but as a major hub for business, travel, and investment. And that growth matters for real estate, too. Continued investment in Nashville’s infrastructure is one of the many factors shaping the city’s long-term appeal for residents and businesses. Thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Nashville? DM us to learn more about the areas experiencing growth and how these developments could impact your real estate goals. Would you use Southwest’s new lounge at BNA? 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashvilleairport #nashvillerealestate #nashvilletn #nashvilledevelopment #movingtonashville by @tagnashville
✨LISTING OF THE WEEK✨ 561 Bodine Loop 3 BD | 2 BA | 1,600 SQFT | 10.2 ACRES Listed by: Us @tagnashville 👋 This one is for the person who has spent years talking about wanting more land, more privacy, and a little more freedom to do things their own way. The person who wants to wake up on a Saturday morning, make coffee, and sit on the covered porch without hearing traffic or looking directly into a neighbor’s backyard. Maybe you’ve always wanted a workshop big enough for all your projects, a garden of your own, or enough space to finally enjoy a slower pace of life. Sitting on 10.2 acres in Hurricane Mills, this custom barndominium was completed around 2022 and offers the kind of country living that doesn’t require giving up modern conveniences. Inside, you’ll find solid hickory hardwood floors, an open living area, and a kitchen made for someone who loves to cook, complete with an oversized island, 36-inch range, pot filler, and walk-in pantry. But the real standout is everything beyond the house. There’s an attached 1,200-square-foot workshop, a private guest loft with its own bathroom, RV parking with full hookups, and even 1-Gig fiber internet for anyone who works from home. Outside, you’ve got a fruit orchard, fenced yard, spacious Trex deck, and plenty of room to make the property your own. I think the best part is that you’re not just buying a home on 10 acres. You’re buying the space to live a little differently. And with no HOA, there’s even more freedom to make it yours. Comment or DM us for more details or to schedule a private showing. _______ 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #hurricanemillstn #tennesseerealestate #tennesseehomes #tennesseeland #countryliving by @tagnashville
Halloween in Nashville isn’t just for the adults! 🎃👻 If you’ve got kids, there are plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy October around Middle Tennessee. From trick-or-treating at the Nashville Zoo and ghost tours at The Hermitage to Franklin’s annual Pumpkinfest and Halloween celebrations at Cheekwood, there’s something happening almost every weekend between now and Halloween. And honestly, this is one of my favorite things about living here. You can spend a Saturday exploring a pumpkin patch, take the kids to a festival on Sunday, and still have a dozen other things you wish you’d had time to do. We’ve rounded up some of the best family-friendly Halloween events happening around Nashville, Franklin, and beyond so you can start planning your weekends! Save this post for later and send it to someone who needs Halloween plans! 🍂 And if you’re looking for a community where you can enjoy everything Middle Tennessee has to offer, DM us. We’d love to help you find the right place to call home. 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashvilleevents #nashvillefamilies #nashvillehalloween #franklintn #middletennessee by @tagnashville
Young adults are putting down roots across Tennessee, and the numbers might surprise you 🤠 According to The Tennessean, Tennessee added nearly 159,000 residents ages 25 to 44 between 2020 and 2025. And it’s not just Nashville seeing the growth. Communities outside the state’s major cities are attracting more young adults, with rural counties growing faster percentage-wise than urban counties. Here are the 10 Tennessee counties that added the most residents ages 25 to 44: 1. Davidson County: +22,958 (9.2%) 2. Montgomery County: +13,005 (19.3%) 3. Hamilton County: +11,255 (11.7%) 4. Wilson County: +10,346 (27.7%) 5. Rutherford County: +10,030 (10.1%) 6. Knox County: +9,659 (7.6%) 7. Sumner County: +6,872 (13.7%) 8. Maury County: +6,403 (23.9%) 9. Sullivan County: +3,609 (10.2%) 10. Bradley County: +3,385 (13%) What stands out to us is how much growth is happening beyond Nashville’s city limits. Wilson and Maury counties are especially interesting, with some of the highest percentage increases in the state. People are looking at more than just proximity to downtown. Space, lifestyle, affordability and the kind of community they want to be part of are all factors worth considering. If you’re exploring areas around Nashville and want to know how these growing communities compare when it comes to housing, DM us. We’d be happy to share what we’re seeing in the market. 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com Source: @tennesseannews #nashvillerealestate #middletennessee #tennesseerealestate #nashvillegrowth #tennesseehomes by @tagnashville
✨LISTING OF THE WEEK✨ 1904 Sweetbriar Ave 4 BD | 2.5 BA | 2,981 SQFT Listed by: Us @tagnashville 👋 This one is for the person who wants to walk to dinner in 12 South on a Friday night, grab coffee in Hillsboro Village on Saturday morning and spend Sunday afternoon with friends in their own backyard. And trust me, this is a backyard you’ll actually want to spend time in. There’s an outdoor kitchen, pergola, firepit, beautiful stonework and enough privacy that you almost forget you’re right in the middle of Nashville. The house itself dates back to 1935, and it still has the character you’d hope for. Original trim, beautiful molding, a formal dining room and an office with French doors. But it’s been renovated for the way people actually live today. The primary suite is on the main level, the kitchen opens into the living room, and upstairs you’ve got additional bedrooms and a loft with plenty of possibilities. And then there’s the detached 990-square-foot building out back. It’s currently being used as a gym, but with two stories, electricity, water and air conditioning, you could turn it into a pretty incredible office, creative studio or whatever else fits your lifestyle. I think the best part about this house is that you don’t have to choose between having a great home for entertaining and being close to everything you love about Nashville. You get both. Comment or DM us for more details. _______ 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #belmontnashville #nashvillerealestate #nashvillehomes #12southnashville #tennesseerealestate by @tagnashville

✨LISTING OF THE WEEK✨ 1044 2nd Ave S 3 BD | 3.5 BA | 1,995 SQFT Listed by: Us @tagnashville 👋 Staged by: @homestylednashville This one is for the person who wants downtown Nashville to feel like part of their neighborhood. You can walk into downtown for dinner, a Preds game or a concert, then come home to your own place with a fenced backyard and multiple decks. Inside, it feels modern but comfortable. Big windows, hardwood floors, a kitchen you’d actually want to cook in and enough separation between the three levels that everyone can have their own space. But I think I’d spend the most time upstairs. There’s a flex space that opens straight onto a private deck overlooking 2nd Avenue. It could be an office during the week and the place everyone ends up hanging out on the weekend. You’re close to everything Nashville, without giving up the things that make a house feel like home. Comment or DM us for more details. _______ 📲 615-823-1555 📧 info@JoshAndersonRealEstate.com #nashvillerealestate #nashvillehomes #downtownnashville #nashville #tennesseerealestate by @tagnashville
