It’s time to book your seat - literally. This August we are excited to add a new class to the DD timetable - Chair Dance. In-person and live-streamed. Chair dance is a 30 minute seated dance fitness class, set to popular music. Each class consists of nine tracks that will have you dancing and singing along. Will I get a workout? You may surprise yourself with the level of workout you can achieve sitting down. As always, when it comes to exercise, you are in the driver’s - aka dancer’s - seat. Dial it up or down as required. Who should attend? This class is ideal for anyone who: 🧡 Has mobility challenges 🧡 Is recovering from an injury 🧡 Experiences vertigo or balance issues 🧡 Finds standing for long periods difficult 🧡 Would like to try something fun and new Where and when? Our initial launch will include - 📍 Malvern: Wednesdays at 1.00pm with Karen (note, there are entry stairs at this studio.) 📍 Brunswick: Thursdays at 5.30pm with Charlotte 🏠 Live Online: Wednesdays at 1.00pm and Thursdays at 5.30pm. Ela se torna uma ferramenta de escuta e expressão do corpo, possibilitando acessar conteúdos do inconsciente que nem sempre chegam pela palavra. Por meio dos movimentos, das sensações e da forma como o corpo se expressa, vamos encontrando informações importantes sobre nossas emoções, nossos padrões, nossos bloqueios e até sobre aquilo que repetimos sem perceber. É assim que a dança pode nos ajudar a olhar para questões profundas e, inclusive, começar a romper padrões que já não fazem sentido para a nossa vida. Life is too unpredictable to chair dance while gifted musicians are pouring out their heart, talent, and passion. Step into the moment!
