Stovetop Italian Meatballs✨ When you don’t have time to simmer meatballs and sauce for hours, this is my go-to easy recipe! We use jarred marinara sauce and simmer the meatballs right in the sauce, one pan and ready in 30! Comment ‘MEATBALLS’ and I’ll send the full recipe straight to your DMs! Here’s what you need: Meatballs 1 lb ground beef (I use 80/20) 1 egg 1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp italian seasoning 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup flax seed powder (sub breadcrumbs) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper 1 jar marinara sauce of choice For serving: parsley or basil, parmesan cheese Make the meatball mixture. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Use your hands to combine until fully incorporated. Then use your hands to form into about 10 large meatballs. Place on parchment paper and set aside. Pour the sauce into a large skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Nestle the meatballs in the sauce, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Remove the cover, flip the meatballs and give the sauce a stir to incorporate any separated fat. Let simmer uncovered for 2-3 more minutes to allow the sauce to thicken. Before serving, spoon the sauce over the meatballs, top with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan. Serve with fresh pasta or with a side salad! #italianmeatballs #easyitalianmeatballs #meatballsrecipe #meatballs #meatballsandsauce
The kitchen @chefmaxmariola came alive with the sound of garlic sizzling in olive oil and a wooden spoon moving slowly through simmering tomato sauce. Flour dusted the counter as fresh pasta took shape, while basil waited beside a bowl of ripe tomatoes. There was no hurry—just the pleasure of tasting, stirring, and adding a little more of what felt right. A bubbling tray of lasagna emerged from the oven, golden pizza waited to be sliced, and bowls of pasta reached the table beneath a fresh snowfall of Parmesan. Every dish carried an invitation: pull up a chair, settle in, and enjoy something made with love. Soon, the table filled with passing plates, lively conversation, and the happy silence that follows a delicious first bite. Bread caught the last of the sauce, another serving found its way onto a plate, and a chilled tiramisu waited for the moment when everyone insisted there was no room for dessert—then reached for a spoon anyway. The evening stretched on, with no reason to rush away. Long after the dishes were cleared, the warmth remained: the memory of a generous meal, good company, and a kitchen that had brought everyone together. #ItalianFood #ItalianCooking #PastaLovers #Foodie #FoodReels

Save and Share my recipe for Italian Meatballs Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 pound mild Italian sausage 3 eggs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 chopped parsley 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Instructions: Add everything in a large bowl and mix with your hands. Form about 1 1/2 ounce size meatballs a little larger than a golf ball. Some prefer to bake or sear their meatballs before adding to the sauce, but for a more soft meatball I simmer in tomato sauce covered for 20 minutes. #meatballs #italianmeatballs #recipevideo #dinneridea

Sometimes meatballs feel like a really good idea until you’re standing at the stove frying sixteen individual meatballs and wondering why you didn’t just make spaghetti bolognese instead. 😂 This is not that recipe.❤️ My family LOVED these, and I love that there’s no frying the meatballs. They cook straight in the buttery tomato sauce, and I’m already looking forward to the stash in my freezer! 😍 The recipe is on my website (link in bio) or comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the link. ❤️ #meatballs #familydinner #comfortfood #easydinner #homecooking
Who wants a full plate of Swedish meatballs? 🇸🇪 Had these at a restaurant in Sweden and I think they’re pretty close! Ingredients Meatballs - 500g minced beef - 500g minced pork - 3/4 cups panko breadcrumbs - 1 large egg - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 2 TBSP milk - 1 TBSP dijon mustard - 1 tsp allspice - 1 tsp black pepper - Salt - Butter - Olive oil - Herbs: Thyme and rosemary Gravy - 1 cup heavy cream - 2 cups beef stock - 1 tsp Dijon mustard Mashed Potatoes (Pomme purée): - 5 Yukon potatoes - 1 cup unsalted butter - 1 cup whole milk - 1–2 tsp salt Cranberry Sauce - 2 cups lingonberries (I used cranberries because I couldn’t find lingonberries) - 1/3 cup sugar - Lemon juice to taste - Salt Quick Pickles - 1 cucumber - 2 cups white wine vinegar - 1 cup water - 3/4 cup sugar - 1 tbsp mustard seeds - Dill Instructions Meatballs - Add panko breadcrumbs to a bowl with heavy cream, milk, a whole egg, and Dijon mustard. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes. - Add ground beef, ground pork, allspice, salt, and black pepper, then mix until well combined. Form into golf-ball-sized meatballs and chill in the fridge for 1 hour. - Sear the meatballs in a pan with olive oil. Butter baste with herbs until fully cooked, then remove the meatballs from the pan. Gravy - In the same pan, reduce the beef stock with heavy cream. Once reduced, add Dijon mustard and whisk to make the gravy. - Warm the meatballs in the gravy before serving. Mashed Potatoes (Pomme Purée) - Boil the potatoes from cold water for about 35 minutes, or until tender. Peel the potatoes while warm, then pass them through a sieve. - Add the potatoes to a pan over low heat and gradually fold in the butter until creamy. - Pour in the milk and season with salt and gently fold. Cranberry Sauce - Cook the lingonberries in a pan over medium heat with sugar and lemon juice until they reach a jam-like consistency. Do not squish the lingonberries so they retain their shape. Quick Pickles - In a saucepan over low heat, cook the sugar with white wine vinegar, water, and mustard seeds until the sugar dissolves. - Add the sliced cucumbers and dill, then transfer to a container.
