A execução precisa acompanhar a carga. Everybody’s got a lat pulldown machine. Almost nobody’s using it right. 💪 Comment “BACK” and I’ll send you the full formula for free. Same movement, four different grips. Each one hits your back differently. Here’s the breakdown 👇 Wide Pronated Grip Hands wide, palms facing away. Stretches the lats out and builds that width — the V-taper you’re after. Supinated Grip Palms facing you, hands closer together. Brings the biceps in more and lets you squeeze hard at the bottom. Built for thickness. Neutral Grip Palms facing each other. Easiest on the shoulders and forces you to pull with your back instead of your arms. Narrow/Middle Grip Hands close together in the center. Targets the mid-back — that thick, dense look between your shoulder blades. You don’t need four exercises to grow your back. You need to know which grip does what, then use the right one for your goal. Want the full formula ? Comment “BACK” and I’ll send you the free guide!
sering kesulitan setting lat pulldown karena gak nyampe? Jangan dipaksa gelantungan ya, selain berisiko cedera, setup-nya juga jadi gak optimal. Cukup turunkan pin beban ke paling bawah, tarik bar sampai pas di jangkauan dudukmu, baru sesuaikan beban latihanmu. safe training, better gains!💪🏻 #gymrat #reels #gympemula #gymmotivation #fypppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
O problema? Resultado: Muito movimento. A quick clarification 👇 Different lat pulldown variations don’t completely isolate different parts of your back. Your lats and other back muscles are working in every variation — changing your grip, attachment, or body position simply shifts the emphasis slightly and can change which muscles contribute more. The goal of this reel is to show you those differences so you can choose the variation that best fits your training goal. 💪 And no, you don’t need to do every variation in one workout 👀 Choose 1–2 and combine them with rowing movements and other back exercises for a well-rounded back day. Lat Pulldown Technique 🎯 Let your shoulder blades move naturally. Reach up at the top, then drive your elbows down and back. Better range. Better control. Better lat engagement. 💪 #personaltrainer #latpulldown
Lat Pulldown Technique ✅ RIGHT: Let your shoulder blades move naturally throughout the exercise. At the top, fully extend your arms and allow your shoulder blades to elevate to get a deep stretch in the lats. As you pull down, drive your elbows toward your hips while bringing your shoulder blades back and down. Keep your ribs down, core tight, and torso stable. Control both the pulling and returning phase. This allows for a full range of motion, a better lat stretch, and more effective muscle tension throughout the movement. ❌ WRONG: Don’t keep your shoulder blades locked down and back during the entire rep. This limits their natural movement, reduces your range of motion, and takes away from the stretch at the top. Also avoid swinging, jerking the weight, or excessively leaning back just to move more weight. ✅ RIGHT: Full ROM + natural shoulder blade movement + controlled reps + elbows toward the hips. ❌ WRONG: Locked shoulder blades + shortened ROM + swinging or using momentum. 👉 Move naturally, control the weight, and prioritize the stretch over lifting heavier. #gym #back #tips #exercise #hyperthrophy @smilodox
Master Your Cable Pulldown Technique for a Wider Back ✅ The lat pulldown is one of the best exercises for building wider lats—but only if you do it correctly. Improve your technique, avoid common mistakes, and get the most out of every rep. It’s one of my favorite exercises for building a strong, wide back. #Gymworkout #fitnesscoach #personaltrainer #workouttips #fatloss
