Lots of localities no longer accept glass in curbside recycling, so here’s 3 ways to reuse your glass jars to help keep them out of landfill! 🗑 ♻️Drinking Glasses: This is a super easy way to spice up your drinkware collection with some reused jars and bottles. ♻️Kitchen/Food Storage: Lots of the glass you would be tossing out originated as food storage. So, clean out that glass and use it again! Bonus points if you take it to a refill market and use it to shop for groceries! ♻️Containers for Plants: Use airtight glass containers to build plant terrariums! I like to reuse fancy looking glass bottles to make cocktails at dinner or paint them a new colour to fit the theme of my room and use them as vases! 3. I use them to store dried goods and liquids like some left over oil I used to make my crispy shiitake sandwich. 4. I also use them to store things like nails for building projects and even my sourdough starter! I love the jar my sourdough starter is in! My mum actually bought some food at a French market and it came in this jar so of course we had to reuse it !
