He doesn’t even realize how talented he is. Let me introduce you to young tenor, Connor Galle. 20 years old, a baby Corelli and as humble as any one you could ever meet. Just listen to the difference in the sound when we bring it more forward. Here’s the part I want you to remember: A brighter vowel does not come from squeezing the sound into a smaller space. It comes from allowing the palate to stay lifted while the air spins and the sound moves forward. This right here…this is potential. This is a star in the making. Please Note: we do NOT criticize young talent on this page! I am here to lift singers like this up, NOT tear them down when they are still learning. Use your manners or get blocked. Really simple. #opera #operasinger #tenor #highnotes #instaopera 🎶 @conwo.r 🎹 @frger77 📍 @ariabootcamp at @cimedu 📹 @kianalilly__

Training the tenor voice: low notes One of the tricky thing as a tenor and low notes is the urge to beef up the bottom of the voice. When we add the press or push function to the bottom of the voice it feels exciting to us because of the sympathetic vibration, but it’s most likely cutting out the overtone necessary to travel in the hall. Using this diagram to encourage some connection to the pard palette rather than sucking down and back in the resonance as well as a variety of other exercises can help tenors and other high voices find their release in the bottom. What singing questions can I answer for you? #operasinger #tenor #voicelessons

Singing Don José means full-bodied, heart-on-the-sleeve singing — but leaving just enough in reserve for the quietest, most exposed phrases. This line from La fleur is one of the trickiest: a long climb through the passaggio, landing on a sustained pianissimo B-flat. It’s a tightrope between raw emotion and control. Coming to this after a couple of months singing Ferrando — which sits in a totally different vocal place — has been a challenge in itself. Still working it out. Really looking forward to my first performance of this dream role at Les Nuits de Fourvière this week! #opera #tenor #donjose #carmen #bizet #classicalmusic #operasinger #lesnuitsdefourviere #tenorlife #vocaltechnique #lafleur #highnotes #passaggio #livemusic #operalovers

So excited to be diving back into the role of Grimoaldo ahead of my debut with @santafeopera this summer. Dusting off the score and getting under the skin of this extraordinary role. It’s a role I haven’t performed since @rcmlondon , where I first met and worked with my wife @kittywhately , who was singing the role of Eduige. Rodelinda is one of Handel’s finest operas and I cannot wait. 🎶 🎥 Jan Capiński 🎹 Christopher Gould #Handel #Opera #Baroque #Tenor #ClassicalMusic

🎶 Comment RESONANCE if you want help making your voice ring more easily! Unstuck the voice. Don’t close your throat. Instead: lean back, open your body, and let the sound flow. Train your body that it’s safe to let go. #operasingersofinstagram #operasinger #tenor #singingtips

What an honor alongside Andrea Bocelli! 😍 Celebrity Adventures 2026 by Andrea Bocelli Foundation | The Night to Shine Thank you, Andrea Bocelli, Veronica Berti Bocelli, and the Andrea Bocelli Foundation for inviting me to be part of this wonderful evening and to share the stage with Maestro Andrea Bocelli, performing one of my favorite Andrea Bocelli songs as a duet with him. The warm welcome from the audience and from everyone at the Andrea Bocelli Foundation made this experience even more special. The mission of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation is to “empower people and communities living in situations of poverty, illiteracy, illness, and social exclusion, both in Italy and around the world.” It is a mission I deeply believe in, because together we can help make this world a happier, kinder, and more peaceful place. 🎻💫 @andreabocelliofficial @veronicabertiofficial @francesco.pasquero @andreabocellifoundation @roland_horvath

Turns out, dreams sound louder than a full orchestra.🗣️ YAVA 2026, at @hougrandopera ✅ Spending this week at the Young Artist Vocal Academy at Houston Grand Opera has been an absolute honor. I’m leaving with new inspiration, new friendships, beautiful memories, and so much gratitude for every person who made this experience possible.
