It’s a role I haven’t performed since @rcmlondon , where I first met and worked with my wife @kittywhately , who was singing the role of Eduige.
Rodelinda is one of Handel’s finest operas and I cannot wait. 🎶

I wish I could do this....singing Opera was a dream when I was a kid but thanks to hyper-masculine, overly-religious parents, I wasn't allowed to because "it was gay" 😑🙄🫤. You sound like what I wished my voice would be if I was given the chance 💖💙✨.

Sang this for my senior recital in college. I remember first hearing this aria in 7th grade in Rolando Villazon’s documentary about tenors and thinking it was a hauntingly beautiful piece of music. Well done Mr. Gregory! I’m glad baroque opera is being kept alive by wonderful singers such as yourself
