Here’s what partners can expect coming this summer: 💸 Back to Starbucks Partner Reward Partners can earn up to $300 per quarter (that’s up to $1,200 a year!) when their coffeehouse hit key performance goals. It’s all about how we perform together as a team! 💳 More ways for customers to tip Customers will be able to tip through credit card, Mobile Order & Pay, and Scan & Pay, making tipping easier and giving more opportunities to say thank you. 📆 Weekly pay Partners will move from biweekly to weekly pay, so you get the money you earn, faster.
