🍫 OVERNIGHT OATS PROTEICI AL CIOCCOLATO Per chi ama il cioccolato ma non vuole rinunciare a sentirsi bene 😍 Amanti del cioccolato, unitevi 🍫 Ho trasformato uno dei miei cioccolatini preferiti in una colazione proteica, cremosa e super soddisfacente. Sembra un dolce decadente… ma è incredibilmente bilanciata 💪 ✨ Ingredienti • 50 g di fiocchi d’avena • 10 g di cacao amaro in polvere • 30 g di proteine al cioccolato in polvere (per dare cremosità) perfetto il mio #powerboost ricco di aminoacidi ora anche in omaggio per chi inizia il percorso con me 🥰 • 5 g di semi di chia o semi di lino • 50 g di yogurt greco • 170 ml di acqua o latte • 1 cucchiaino di miele 🍫 Per il topping • 5 g di burro di mandorle • 15–20 g di cioccolato fondente (anche senza zucchero) • 5 g di frutta secca tritata ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Procedimento 1️⃣ Cuoci al microonde l’avena con semi di chia, miele e acqua/latte per 2:30 min. 2️⃣ Aggiungi yogurt greco, cacao e proteine in polvere e mescola fino a ottenere una crema liscia. 3️⃣ Metti al centro un cucchiaino di burro di mandorle. 4️⃣ Sciogli il cioccolato fondente, unisci i croccantini e versalo sopra per creare un guscio. 5️⃣ Lascia in frigorifero tutta la notte… e goditela 😍 ✨ Perfetta come colazione o post workout 🍫 Golosa ma nutriente 💪 Ricca di proteine e super saziante Salva e rifalla 😍 ringraziami dopo 😉 #ricetteveloci #lowcarb #dolcifit #ricettefacili
