Would you dare sleep here? 😜 If you’re seeking an unforgettable adventure that combines adrenaline with breathtaking views, the Skylodge Adventure Suites in Peru’s Sacred Valley offers a unique experience. 😍 Perched 1500 ft above the ground, these glass capsules or “pods” provide panoramic vistas of the valley and a night under the stars like no other. 🌌 You begin your experience with a climb up to your pods with a Via Ferrata—a climbing route equipped with steel cables, ladders, and bridges. Professional guides provide all necessary equipment and ensure your safety throughout the climb. I won’t lie–this via ferrata required climbing straight up the mountain for 1.5 hours, so having good physical fitness is ideal! 😅💪🏼 Upon reaching the summit, you’ll eat dinner in the dining pod and then settle into one of the Skylodge’s 3 exclusive capsule suites. The difference is that the starlodge is a bit more accessible with thin steps to the top rather than having to scale the cliff! Spending the night 3,000ft in the air in Skylodge Peru! Getting up to the lodge was a straight rock climb up the mountain for hours and to use the bathroom you had to rock climb to a little porta potty hanging on the mountain in the dark. Such an adventure!! #adventure #travel #peru #skylodge
