The hotel group’s “Art in Resonance” programme, running until May 5, returns with a new exhibition at its Hong Kong property, this year also showcasing Tokyo-based Indonesian artist Albert Yonathan Setyawan—whose clay installation was created in partnership with the Victoria and Albert Museum—and Hong Kong architect-artist William Lim, who has transformed a corner of the Verandah into a whimsical space that plays with illusory spatial perception. As Hong Kong prepares to welcome the debut of the first Edible Art Fair (@edibleartfair), presented by Central Yards (@centralyards), Prestige offers a first taste ahead of the public opening from March 26 to April 5, 2026. Bringing together 10 galleries, the fair explores major art movements through both contemporary artworks and edible interpretations inspired by Impressionism, Surrealism, Modernism and Neo-Pop, where flavour, texture and imagination become part of the language of display.
