Another piece heading to Boston!

Mosaic Tide II is one of the new works I’ll be showing at @affordableartfairboston next weekend.

I’ve been having a great time exploring color relationships in my Radiant Circles series. Up close, the individually applied wax dots create a whole other experience of texture and dimension.

I’ll be exhibiting with @tagtheartgallery, under the leadership of @fiksclaudia, at Booth E12, October 22–25, at @sowaboston.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

A little more color coming to Boston!

Kaleidoscope is another of my new 20” × 20” encaustic paintings heading to the Affordable Art Fair.

I love how the colors play against one another in this piece. Each circle has its own personality, and the thousands of individually applied wax dots give the painting a texture that photographs can only begin to capture.

Come see it up close!

Crossing Paths is part of my continuing exploration of the traditional Drunkard’s Path quilt block—one simple geometry that can become something entirely different through repetition, rotation and color.

This piece will be heading to Boston with me as part of TAG Gallery’s presentation at the Affordable Art Fair, October 22–25 at SoWa Power Station.

Come see it in person at Booth E12.
