I decided to give the Porsche 944 Turbo some love.

So I took advantage of the great 3D model from @launch.control.community to create those full CG renders.

I wanted to keep it simple with a classic studio shoot but with a strong focus on the atmosphere, lighting and details.

This project was digitally crafted in Blender and rendered with Cycles, post in After effects and Photoshop. The micrographics were created in Illustrator.

No generative AI was used on those renders.

A short automotive CGI visual exploration, experimenting with new techniques.

Fun fact: there are no actual visible car parts on this render. All you see are actually animated fake caustics.

Do you like pumpkins? 🎃

This year, to celebrate #Halloween, I created a series of short animated scenes playing with those really nice pumpkins scan models from @poliigonofficial

Special thanks to @a.lbos for the awesome liquid and smoke simulations.

Those 3D renders were crafted in #Blender, #Houdini and #AfterEffects with no AI involved.

Sound is essential.

In both film and CGI animation, sound effects and music elevate the experience, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Last year, I participated in the Endless Engines challenge by Pwnisher, but I always felt the sound fell short of my vision.

Now, I’m thrilled to share an improved version. One that truly brings this shot to life.

Moonland is specialized in photo & film production services in the Nordics.
To expand their productions, they now also offer 3D/CGI services.

That’s why they approached me a few months ago to collaborate on an automotive CGI project.

To show the value 3D/CGI could bring to their clients, they asked me to create an Ineos Grenadier that gets dirty.

They gave me a backplate of a splendid location in Iceland with a muddy road and it was up to me to integrate the CGI 4x4 vehicle in this environment.

Thanks @moonlandproductions for your trust 🤝
