joney, you would be 24 today; cheers to you, my dear friend 🤍 I wish nothing more than for you to be here celebrating. I know you are up in club heaven partying it up, though :)

since it is suicide awareness month, my amazing brother wrote a song in honor of you. I am beyond grateful to him. I want to share it and say it’s okay not to be okay. check-in on your friends, and never forget to tell your people you love them.

this is such a beautiful cause and very close to my heart. losing two best friends to suicide is extremely hard, but if you have a moment, please donate to this suicide prevention site and read up on it. my heart goes out to anyone who’s been affected by suicide; there are always people to talk to.

jonah’s wonderful family made a team to support suicide awareness. I am so touched to have been asked to be a team captain and get donations. so please donate to such an amazing cause

hi! so given this month is suicide awareness month, i wanted to post because this cause is very close to my heart. i wanted to share a song my lovely brother wrote for me after the passing of my good friend patrick, and remind people they aren’t alone and there is always someone to reach out too.

it’s okay to not be ok and there are infinite resources to help you and although it’s not much i personally am always here for anyone even if you just need someone to listen and understand. if we do not know each other or are not close i would still be more than happy to talk.

this month has been riddled with tragedy for some of my close friends due to people passing away by suicide and i hope this message finds its way to someone and it makes them feel a bit better. i’m so sorry and my heart reaches out to you.

please go donate to:
