🎃👻 The cutest pumpkins in the patch! 👻🎃

Forget the tricks, we’re only here for the treats! 🍬🐾

Two little pumpkins, a whole lot of fluff and just enough mischief to keep things spooky! 🧡 Whether they’re causing a little Halloween havoc or posing pretty amongst the pumpkins, Bramble and Jelly are certainly giving the patch a run for its money 🍂

We’re not saying they’re the pick of the patch, but have you ever seen two more boo-tiful pumpkins?! 🎃✨

Wishing you all a fang-tastic Halloween filled with treats, tail wags and just the right amount of mischief this weekend 🕸️🧡 by @tailsofbramblejelly

🍂🌧️ Cosy evenings & enrichment with Arden Grange Lamb Wet Food 🐾🤎

The autumn storms are rolling in, and we’re already finding that a little enrichment goes a long way on those wild, wet evenings! 🌧️🍃

This autumn has started a little differently for us, with me taking a slower role while I recover from ankle surgery and Iain stepping up to take on all the walks and canicross runs💪🐾 That means finding ways to keep Bramble & Jelly entertained, mentally stimulated and happy at home has become even more important!

Thankfully, Arden Grange Lamb Wet Food is proving to be so versatile when it comes to enrichment! 🤎 From stuffing tracheas and popping them in the freezer for a longer-lasting treat, to filling Kongs and Toppls for some tasty brain work, there are so many ways to keep the girls occupied while we settle in for a cosy evening 🦴🧩

One of the biggest reassurances that their needs are being met, both physically and mentally, is seeing just how chilled they are when we spend the day together on the sofa, simply watching the world go by 🥹🤎 Sometimes, the best days are the quiet ones, and knowing they’re content makes this slower season a little easier for me, too 🍂🐾

The girls still need fuelling, whatever the weather or our routine looks like, and we can always rely on Arden Grange to keep their tails wagging! 🐶❤️

Here’s to embracing the slower evenings, making the most of indoor enrichment and keeping those muddy paws cosy as autumn arrives! 🍂🌧️

👅🤎 That face when you know something delicious is on the menu! 😍🐾

Bramble’s little lip-lick says it all… Arden Grange Lamb Wet Food is clearly hitting the spot! 🐑🥣

Whether it’s going into enrichment toys, stuffed into tracheas and frozen, or served up as a tasty treat, there’s no doubt this girl approves! 🤤

Good food, happy dogs and plenty of tail wags — what more could a dog mum ask for? 🐶❤️

👅🐾 Excuse me, human… I believe these belong to ME! 🤎🥫

The lip licking, the paw firmly planted on the tins… Bramble has clearly decided that Arden Grange Lamb Wet Food is hers and hers alone! 😂👑

👑💎 Lord Iain and the Princesses of the Season 💎👑

Dearest gentle readers… 💌

It would appear that the social season has delivered yet another spectacle worthy of the finest society pages! On Sunday past, Lord Iain was spotted canicrossing the ever-elegant Princess Bramble and Princess Jelly through the magnificent grounds of Castle Howard at the illustrious @traildoguk event 🏰🐾✨

Clad not in fine carriages, but @nonstopdogwear harnesses and running gear, our two princesses led their gallant gentleman through the grounds with all the determination and grace one might expect from ladies of such distinguished standing 👑💎

But, dear readers, this was no mere leisurely promenade through the countryside! Oh no! The competition was fierce, the pace was spirited, and the stakes were most certainly high. For Lord Iain was not simply there to admire the scenery and escort his noble companions… he was there to make his mark upon society!

And make his mark he did, securing himself FOURTH MAN! 🎉 A most impressive achievement, indeed, and one that is certain to set tongues wagging across the ton. One can only wonder whether such a performance will earn him an invitation to even more prestigious gatherings in the seasons to come 🤭🥂

As for Princess Bramble and Princess Jelly? One suspects they were entirely unsurprised by their gentleman’s success. After all, a princess knows the value of surrounding herself with the right company… and these two ladies have clearly trained their Lord Iain rather well! 😂🐶👑

Yet, dearest readers, one question remains… was it Lord Iain who led his princesses to glory, or were these two distinguished ladies merely permitting him to accompany them for the afternoon? One may never know 👀

Lady Whistledog shall certainly be keeping a close eye on this most intriguing trio. For where there are two princesses, one ambitious lord, and a fourth-place finish, there is surely a tale worth telling!

Until the next gathering, dear readers, remember: the true measure of a gentleman is not merely how swiftly he runs, but the company he keeps along the way 💌✨

Yours most inquisitively,
Lady Whistledog 🖋️💎

🏰💎 Castle Howard Traildog | The Diamond of the Season 💎🏰

The Bridgerton theme was EVERYTHING! So many people went all out with their outfits and put 💯 effort into the theme, and it was amazing to see! 👑

No dressing up for us this time, but it was a big day for our little team, with Iain taking on his first ever 2-dog canicross event and me taking on my first ever marshalling role! 🐕🐕🏃‍♂️

I got SO emotional watching them line up at the start, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little jealous that it wasn’t me standing on that start line! 🫣😂

I am beyond proud of them all. Seeing Iain give it his all and watching him enjoy the sport I love so much, with the best girls, Bramble and Jelly, made my heart so happy❤️ There’s something really special about seeing them experience it all together!

After watching them run off into the distance, the emotions got the better of me and I retreated to my marshal point🥹

I absolutely loved seeing all the smiling faces, the buzzing dogs and the excitement of everyone being back out on the trails for the start of a new season! 🐾

But one of my favourite moments was seeing Bramble and Jelly fly past my marshal point. I honestly thought they might give me a little glance, but NOPE! 😂 They knew they were racing, the finish line was getting closer, and apparently Mum was no longer important! 🫣🤣

Watching them work together, all absolutely beaming with happiness, was everything. They were completely in their element, flying past me with their eyes firmly on the finish line🥹🏁

So proud of my little team and so happy to see them enjoying this sport that means so much to me. Even if I was a little jealous watching from the sidelines! 😂🐶🚀💨

What a way to kick off the 26/27 canicross season! 👑🐾 by @tailsofbramblejelly

Ultimutt 2026 🐕〰️🏃‍♀️

We might have taken almost 52 minutes to tackle the canicross obstacle course, captured almost 30 minutes of footage, cropped it down to 4 minutes and then sped it up into 53 seconds of pure enjoyment! 😂

Every obstacle was tackled as a team — human and collie, the trio of friends, taking on everything together 🐕〰️🏃‍♀️

And if you watch right to the end… Iain has an epic fall, and I’ve left the sound on for you all 🤭😂

Because apparently staying upright was optional! 🫣

➡️ Swipe to see how Bramble and Iain tackled the paddle board crossing at Ultimutt… 🏄‍♀️🐶😂

You’ve already seen Jelly and I standing across, but what about Bramble and Iain? 👀💦

I’ll let the photos explain their technique… 🤭

Let’s just say, staying on the board was clearly optional! 😂

🐕〰️🏃‍♀️ Ultimutt 2026 🐕〰️🏃‍♀️

The year we ran with Nicole and Billy, laughing our way around the course together whilst tackling every obstacle with our dogs🐾💙

We had a little technical issue with the Insta360, so this is all I managed to capture 😂 but the remaining obstacles were every bit as fun, and attempted with just as much excitement from all of us!

Katie, please never stop organising these events🥹 They’re creating incredible friendships, unforgettable adventures and memories we’ll be talking about for years to come💙

Here’s to many more @traildoguk adventures! 🐾✨ by @tailsofbramblejelly

🐾🏄‍♀️ Ultimutt adventures at Traildog! 💦

The penultimate obstacle on Sunday’s canicross obstacle course, and one we thoroughly enjoyed! 🐶💙 Nothing quite like finishing a challenge with a paddleboard crossing thrown into the mix! 😂 Captured beautifully by @ianharmanphotography 📸

Once we’d tackled the course, we headed back down to take up our role as marshals at the paddleboard crossing for the remaining waves. A completely different kind of fun, cheering everyone on, sharing encouragement and hearing all about everyone’s favourite obstacles along the way🥰

Sometimes the best part of these events is not just taking part, but being part of the brilliant community that makes them so special🥰

As always, these events wouldn’t be possible without @katietraildog , her fantastic team of helpers and marshals, and the wonderful sponsors who help bring it all together ❤️🐾 by @tailsofbramblejelly

🍂🐾 Autumn adventures taste even better with a bowl waiting at the end… 🤎

Bramble wants to officially share that Arden Grange Grain Free Duck & Superfoods is the perfect fuel for all our muddy adventures! 🦆🌿

Made with quality ingredients and packed with delicious duck, it’s a tasty complete food that keeps my adventure girls happy, healthy and ready for whatever the trail throws at them. 🐾⛰️

Whether we’re heading out for a big mountain day, hitting the trails for a canicross run, exploring somewhere new, or simply enjoying a lazy day of cuddles at home, these two are happiest when they’re by my side. 🐾🤎

That’s why I love having Arden Grange Grain Free Duck & Superfoods as part of their everyday routine. 🦆🌿 It fuels all their adventures — from muddy hikes and wild swims to speedy canicross sessions and those spontaneous “let’s go and see where this trail takes us” days. ⛰️🌊

But adventure doesn’t always mean miles and mountains. Sometimes it means a slow morning, a lazy afternoon curled up together or a whole day spent getting cosy at home. 🥰 And they need fuelling for those days too!

From sunrise hikes 🌅 to sunset runs 🌄, mountain trails to woodland wanders, busy adventure days to slow, snuggly ones, life with these two is always better when they’re happy, healthy and ready for whatever comes next.

There’s nothing better than seeing them come home tired, muddy and very pleased with themselves after another day of adventures… although they’re usually straight back out the door the second they hear me tying my laces 😂🐾🤎

Here’s to more trails, more muddy paws, more adventures and plenty of cuddles in between. 🍂

🌊🐾 Jelly’s beach ball routine: 10% retrieving, 90% absolute chaos 😂🎾

Jelly doesn’t simply fetch her ball… oh no. She has a whole process. It starts with the bouncing. Then the swinging. Then the inevitable moment where she whacks herself in the face with it… and repeat 😂🤦‍♀️

Once she’s had enough of entertaining herself, it’s time to recruit Bramble into the game — because obviously the ball is MUCH more exciting when you have someone to chase you while you parade around with it! 🐾💨

A few laps of the beach, plenty of dramatic ball swinging, a bit of sibling chaos… and THEN, when she decides she’s ready, she’ll finally drop it and expect Bramble to retrieve it 😂

Honestly, she’s not playing fetch. She’s putting on a full performance and we are HERE for it 🎾🌊💃🏼

And Bramble? Just an unwilling participant in Jelly’s Beach Olympics 😂💗

🍂🌊 Somehow, these beach adventures already feel like a lifetime ago… 🥹🐾

The weather is changing, the evenings are getting darker and there’s definitely a little autumn chill creeping into the air 🍂 Looking back at photos like this, it’s hard to believe we were only just enjoying those long, bright days — and worrying about the temperature being too hot! 🥵😂

Bramble, windswept and sandy, completely in her element — running, exploring and probably wondering why we ever have to leave the 🏝️ 🌊

Now the jumpers are coming back out, the leaves are starting to change and summer already feels like a distant memory… but thankfully, we’ve got plenty of beach adventures like this one to look back on 🤎🐾

Roll on the autumn adventures… although I think Bramble would happily explore the beaches all year round! 🍂🥹🌊 by @tailsofbramblejelly

🎂🐾 IT’S JELLY’S BIRTHDAY! 🥳💗

And obviously, being the birthday princess that she is, Jelly has spent the day being completely and utterly spoiled… as she should be. 👑😂

There have been LOTS and LOTS of treats, cuddles and attention, including a gorgeous birthday gift from Arden Grange 🎁🐾 — and naturally, Jelly has already demolished a whole tube of her favourite Arden Grange Peanut Butter Paste 🥜🤤

Because apparently being three is very exhausting and requires constant snacking. 😂🙄

And because we’re feeling generous (and Jelly clearly thinks everyone should be celebrating her birthday too 🤣), we have a special discount code for all your Arden Grange treat orders! 🐾💗

Use TASTY25 for 25% OFF the Arden Grange treat range! 🎉🐶🥜

✨ No minimum quantity or spend

Now excuse us while the birthday girl continues demanding attention, treats and generally behaving like the tiny dictator she is… 👑😂🐾🎂 by @tailsofbramblejelly
