We are HAPPY to present this labor of love we have been working on BTS for awhile. Please head to the link in our bio to find an interactive map of all things dog friendly! Categories include: breweries 🍺, bars 🍷, restaurants 🍴, dog parks 🌳, hiking trails 🥾, attractions 🏛️, coffee shops ☕️, pet stores 🦴, shopping 🛍️, and lodging 🛏️. These can be further divided into categories such as “brunch options” or “dogs allowed outside only”.

We hope this helps you navigate the area so that you can always bring your pup with you! This map is fluid, so I will be constantly updating it as I learn and discover more places. Please don’t hesitate to DM us if you have some places you’d like to see added!!

Asheville is always a good idea!

We love to steal a few days up in Asheville, especially when our friends can join! If you didn’t know, Asheville NC is extremely dog friendly. Dewey loves that he gets to be included (almost) everywhere we go.

I have created a dog-friendly Asheville NC guide that I will be posting soon!

Just in time for SO MANY EVENTS! Check out dog-centric Halloween events around the triangle occurring the next few weeks. If your dog doesn’t win a costume contest? No problem, just enter them in another!

What is your pup dressing as this year?? Dewey wants to be a dinosaur.

New spot alert!!! Last week we went to 📍St Pierre Wine Bar, located in the Raleigh Ironworks district. This spot is named after one of the owner’s golden retrievers, so you know they included dogs in their decor! It is dog friendly outside, because they are about to roll out their food menu. But it was such a lovely night, Dewey and I and our friend Taylor didn’t mind! There are tons of events happening, we stumbled upon an Oregon wine flight night which was delicious! Definitely happy to see another wine bar in Raleigh, and one that brings dog treats out to my baby boo 😜

Have yall been to 📍House of Many Porches in Dix Park?! Maybe I’ve been living under a rock but this place was SO stinking cute. With rocking chairs surrounding the porch, coffee and beer being served, snacks and ice cream, and some Dorothea Dix merch! We also strolled over to the playground which is so impressive and Dewey enjoyed walking through the little walk stream. We ended our stroll with sitting in the sun so I could get a little reading in.

Who has been here before?!

PSA!! This cutie is available for adoption through @beautifultogethersanctuary. My amazing friend. Taylor is currently fostering him while he looks for his forever home. Taylor calls him Lincoln and he’s about nine weeks old. Lincoln is a big cuddler and is a friendly little guy. If you are interested, contact me or apply directly through the @beautifultogethersanctuary website. I mean his coloring and eyes are just so beautiful 💕💕 by @tailsofthetriangle

Labor Day Monday morning brunch at 📍Union Special located in East Raleigh. We love their dog friendly patio! I got an egg and cheese sandwich and Dewey got to snack on lots of eggies. Pro tip: check out their daily rotating sour dough bread, made in house of course.

My mindset: better late than never! Dewey and I attended the Rescue Brew Launch Party at 📍Boxyard RTP on August 16th! This was a collaboration between Fullsteam and Animal Aid Alliance. The beer was so tasty and the cans were so cute! The biggest kicker for us was the horses on site! They were gorgeous and Dewey was very curious (eventually… he didn’t notice them at first). We got pizza from Fullsteam and wine from RTP Uncorked.

Beyond obsessed with these photographs of me and my soul puppy from the so lovely and talented @fivefreedomsphotography

Joanne was so kind and patient with both us, and quickly became Dewey’s new BFF after prompting him with several treats and fun squeak noises! Give her a follow and highly recommend booking a session 💕
