【SLOW BUMP SD】
Work the jig. Control the fight.

Slow jigging demands more than simply moving a jig.

SLOW BUMP SD is built to give anglers the response needed to work the jig precisely, while retaining the strength and flexibility to stay in control when a powerful fish takes it.

Choose your approach with two different blank concepts:

Tubular — Sharp, responsive action for actively working the jig.
Full Solid (FSL) — A softer presentation with a deep, flexible bend through the fight.

In this short video, our staff takes a closer look at the design and differences between the two.

Built to work. Built to fight.

【FULLRANGE】
Fishing in Germany with Yuto 🇩🇪

This time, tailwalk staff member Yuto joined Fabian for an afternoon session at his private pond in Germany.

With sturgeon, asp, black bass, perch and more in the water, it was a great opportunity to fish with different rods and experience the local style firsthand.

One rod that especially caught Fabian’s attention was the new FULLRANGE 80∞ model.

From Japan, we initially wondered if a rod with this much power might be too much for the German market.
But talking and fishing with local anglers showed us a different side of German fishing.

There are anglers here casting heavy, oversized soft lures over long distances and using powerful rods to aggressively set the hook and take control of the fight.

Sometimes, you can’t understand a fishing culture just by looking at tackle specs from thousands of kilometers away.

You have to go there. Talk to anglers. And fish.

Another great lesson from the field.

【GUNZ (SINKING)】
Move it. Stop it. Let it fall.

A predatory fish won’t always react to the same presentation.

GUNZ (SINKING) lets you switch between a sharp sliding action and a subtle, vibrating level fall—giving you different ways to trigger a strike within a single cast.

Its water-gripping head design creates responsive action, while the multi-weight fixed balance design produces a stable horizontal fall.

Inside, a high-strength through-wire system provides the toughness needed when powerful fish strike.
Four models. Eight colors.

Choose the size, depth and presentation for the fish in front of you. tailwalk

【GUNZ (SINKING)】
Make them react.

Slide it with rod work.
Let it fall horizontally with subtle vibrations.

GUNZ (SINKING) gives anglers two different ways to trigger predatory instinct—an aggressive sliding action when worked, and a natural level fall when you stop.

How you make it move is up to you.

In this reel, we take a closer look at the design and action behind the reborn GUNZ (SINKING).

【MICRO GAMER SSD】
Discovering light game fishing in Bulgaria. 🇧🇬

tailwalk staff member Yuto recently visited Bulgaria and spent a day fishing several mountain lakes with local anglers.

The target was small perch, using mainly tiny lures under 5g—a delicate style of fishing that felt surprisingly close to Japanese ajing.

Small bites. Light lures. Small fish.
That’s exactly where sensitivity and precise lure control become important—and where a rod that bends properly even with a small fish makes the fight much more enjoyable.

By actually fishing in these local waters, Yuto experienced firsthand why finesse rods like MICRO GAMER SSD and EGIS are supported by anglers in Bulgaria.

Different country. Different fish. Different style.
Seeing how tailwalk rods are being used and enjoyed far from Japan made this a very special experience for us.

Lightness, strength and sensitivity, brought together in tailwalk’s flagship eging rod.

In this short video, we take a closer look at the technologies and design behind that performance.

【RAIZEN】
Make every input count.

When targeting powerful pelagic predators, the ability to make your lure respond exactly when you want it to can create the next opportunity.

RAIZEN turns rod input into a sharp, responsive action, allowing anglers to work the lure aggressively and precisely when chasing Yellowtail Kingfish, Tuna, Yellowtail and other pelagic species.

The key is its unique semi-flat side body. It responds quickly to rod work and generates a sharp Z-shaped swimming action, pushing water strongly and creating an aggressive movement designed to trigger strikes.

A tail-focused fixed weight provides stable casting performance and controlled diving, while a reinforced internal rib structure delivers the toughness required for demanding offshore casting.

Developed under the supervision of TATSUKIMARU, a charter boat operating in Japan’s Genkai Sea.

190F — 190mm / 73g
220F — 220mm / 108g

Turn your input into action.
And action into the next strike.
