This is what consistency looks like 🚨

This is my client @thetajcode

He’s a busy professional, a father, and planning a wedding. No excuses, just structure and execution.

Taj started with me at 185 lbs in November 2024. We took a slow, strategic approach, with weekly check-ins every single week.

By July 2025, he reached 162 lbs, shredded. Now, in April 2026, he’s at 152 lbs, still shredded and leaner than ever.

No shortcuts. Just nearly two years of committed, steady work.

When you have someone holding you accountable, you stay consistent. And consistency unlocks milestones you didn’t think were possible.

Long-term commitment leads to long-term success.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and finally follow a real plan, comment PLAN or send me a message and let’s get to work ✅ by @taj.edwards_

Some people will be inspired by this. Some people won’t understand it.

And that’s okay.

This post is for me.

So I can look back one day and remember how far I’ve come.

Almost three years ago, I made a decision to change my life.

A lot of what you see today came from the work nobody saw — the prayers, the discipline, the sacrifice, the spiritual work, and choosing to keep going when it was hard.

I’m not posting this because I think I’ve made it.

I’m posting it because I know I’ve changed.

And I thank God for every step.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” 🙏🏾

Still becoming.
Still building.
Still growing. by @taj.edwards_

We have a lot of music and worship experiences for you all to see.

We’re just a group of friends who were hungry to grow in music and loved to worship, and now we want to share the love of Christ with you all. Keep in mind, I am still human, but I love God with a passion. ❤️

We’re a collective of musicians and worshippers driven by one mission: to grow in our craft and lead people into the presence of God through music. 🙌

Our passion for Christ fuels every note, every song, every moment and now we’re sharing it with the world. 🎶

Find us across all streaming platforms and join the movement. @ovfworship -Terrell Malcolm on Drums.
