🍑🧇 Peach Cobbler Waffles. 🧇

Homemade peach cobbler filling with sweet peaches, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, served over buttermilk waffles made with almond milk and a splash of vanilla extract. Topped with Cool Whip and drizzled with honey mixed with just a dash of cayenne pepper for that perfect little sweet and spicy kick!
🍯🌶️

On the side, three cheese scrambled eggs with green onions and turkey sausage. 🍳

I’ve been craving waffles, so I decided to make myself a little sweet and savory brunch. Nothing too heavy, just homemade goodness! 👩🏽‍🍳🤎
And a special shout to @moniquesbeautyroom1 🙂‍↔️ yes boo I still have the waffle maker you gifted me! 🫶🏽🥰🙂‍↔️🙏🏾. #waffles #peachcobblerwaffles #foodreels by @takeyra.t

This dinner was giving your favorite great Italian auntie. 😂🍂

Started off with chicken cutlets seasoned with my personal choice of seasonings, including Italian herbs and fresh basil, then Parmesan & Romano, breadcrumbs, flour, and an egg wash as you can see in the video. 🤌🏾

And of course, my favorite store, Wegmans, came through with the pumpkin & cheese mezzaluna.

For the sauce, I made a creamy pumpkin sauce with oat milk, pumpkin filling, butter, a couple dashes of nutmeg, Parmesan & Romano, and those delicious pan drippings from the chicken cutlets.
Called this “free styling” I had no choice but to TRUST the process. 🙂‍↔️

I didn’t get a final plating picture because I was too hungry, but BABY this was so delicious. Warm, cozy, fall festive, and just plain homey.
Exactly the kind of dinner I wanted tonight. 🍂🤎
