Wake up early because apparently my body doesn't understand weekends.
Drink coffee. ☕
Make ambitious plans.
Then spend 45 minutes deciding what I actually feel like doing. 🤣And now I’m feeding my cat a churu lol

💯 Reminder: Rest is productive too!
I've always been someone who stays busy, but I'm learning that slowing down doesn't mean you're falling behind.
Sometimes you need to recharge so you can come back stronger.

💯 One thing I've learned...
You can start over at any age.
You can change careers, build a business, learn something new, or completely reinvent yourself.
You don't need everyone's approval, and you definitely don't need to have it all figured out. The first pic is of me in my 20s drinking daily, doing drugs, not caring about my health, the second one is the present day sober, working out and making healthy choices.

Sometimes the path changes, the plans fall apart, and we have to figure out how to start again.

RESILIENCE. 💪
Resilience isn't just about taking life's hardest blows and finding the strength to stay standing. It's about learning to turn uncertainty into opportunity, pain into growth, and setbacks into new beginnings.
The unknown can be scary, but sometimes it's the very place where our greatest possibilities are waiting.
I'm still finding my footing. I'm still figuring out what this next chapter of my life looks like. Some days are harder than others, and I don't have all the answers. But one thing I know for certain is that everything I've been through has made me stronger, wiser, and more determined to build a life I'm proud of.
I may not be where I want to be yet, but I'm not where I used to be either.
I'm still standing. I'm still growing. And most importantly, I'm not giving up on myself. ❤️

Happy 16th Birthday, Shawn! 🎉🎂❤️
I honestly can’t believe you’re 16 already. Watching you grow up over the years has been such a special part of my life, and I hope you always know that even though I may have the title of “stepmom,” there has never been anything “step” about the love I have for you.
I’m so proud of the young man you’re becoming. I’ve loved all the memories we’ve made together—the laughs, the family adventures, the fishing trips, and even all those everyday moments that probably didn’t seem important at the time but mean so much looking back now.
As you start this next chapter, I hope you always stay true to yourself, never be afraid to go after what you want, and know that no matter how old you get, I’ll always be in your corner cheering you on.
16 is a big one, Shawn! Enjoy every minute of it because these years go by way too fast. I can’t wait to see where life takes you and to make a whole lot more memories along the way.
