My Gorgeous Van! 🚐

To my brother @stephen_alec_meachin who sold our van to us, il be forever grateful! Not only has it provided me the freedom I desire, but the opportunity to enable wild plans, and exploration!

For me life is more about experiences, and the great outdoors. I get to see gods creation in everything I see, and do. Especially when I see the beauty of the world around us when on an adventure. This isn’t just big holidays or activities. It’s the intricacy of the smaller things of life, such as the wild coastal flowers I adore when walking the coastal paths.

What’s important to me is trying to be present in our surrounds, and enjoying the simpler things that life has to offer. Rather then being part of the worlds rat race of striving for the things that take us away from one another, and getting in the way of what truly matters.

Travel and exploration is my love and inner desires, but at the end of it all I know that it’s all created by god. Therefore, the beauty is that much more important and impressive to me.

To my future adventurous self, always make time for the things that matter, and keep your intentions pure. Each and every one of us is unique with a different journey ahead. The path is set out if we’d only keep to it.

Oldbury Sailing Club

How nice to be back out on the water this weekend, now that the season has begun.

To think it was a year ago I completed my level 1 & 2 sailing course! Goes to show my enjoyment! Here to the coming season :)

📍Porthdinllaen

A beautiful walk around Porthdinllaen on the Llŷn Peninsula, starting from the National Trust car park at Morfa Nefyn.
Walking down from the carpark across the beach we stopped at Tŷ Coch Inn for a pint.

Then continue around the coastline, to see grey seals and passed passes the RNLI Porthdinllaen Lifeboat Station.

Brilliant views overlooking this private beach. Very popular for paddle boarding and snorkelling around the cove. £20 a night with a snack bar onsite. by @takingthewildroute

📍Whistling Sands
The beach is called Whistling Sands because when you walk across the sand, the tiny particles squeak under your feet.

It’s a National Trust location, so parking is free, and there’s also a lovely cafe where you can sit and admire the views.
We were also fortunate enough to see seals

Bristol Balloon Fiesta 2026
What an amazing opportunity to see the balloons up this close! Staying in the van overnight with our friends so we could also watch the morning take-off was just incredible. 🤩 What an experience!

Hafren Forest 🌳

Today we headed out in the early hours of the morning to this beautiful forest. We explored the scenic riverside trails, admired the waterfalls, and even got to pick bilberries. 🫐 by @takingthewildroute

What a beautiful day exploring the charming market town of Llanidloes, the first town on the River Severn (Afon Hafren). We spent the day exploring the town, river and ancient oak tree trail.

For anyone interested in the moon, we are
glowing at 64% illumination.
