POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Before the guests arrived, before everything began, I took a photo of myself right here.

Then I walked away from this place with a new title.

Mother-in-law. 💚

The dress code was green or purple, chosen to blend into the beauty of the place and everything surrounding us.

And I remember thinking that one day, when this photo is the only thing left in my Stories archive, I’ll want it to live here too.

What an incredible evening it was.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who celebrated with us, to our family and friends who wrapped us in so much love.

I’m still taking it all in. I promise to share more photos soon. For now, they’re still living in my Stories and Highlights.

Congratulations to our beloved Hadar & Juliana. 🥰
May this be the beginning of the most beautiful chapter. 💚

And from here, in just one week, we’re off to a new place and the next adventure of our lives.

We’re leaving California, making our way to Florida, and continuing to see the world.

A new home. A new chapter. More stories to tell 🤩🙏 taken in Harvest Inn by @tal_designs

A week ago, my oldest son got married. 🤍

It was truly a fairytale wedding, and one of those moments I didn’t want to leave only in my stories and highlights .

A huge thank you to Hadar Greenfeld @hadarozman our incredible wedding planner, who made sure every detail was absolutely perfect.

And thank you @mybiggestadventure for the beautiful content that captured the magic, the love, and all those little moments we’ll want to remember forever.

Congratulations, Hadar & Juliana. 🥂🤍 @hadar_g2 @jujube__

A lot has happened over the past two months, and somehow most of it only made it to my Stories. So I’m sharing some of it here too, so these moments can stay as posts.

And I’ll start with our home.

After 22 and a half years in Silicon Valley, and 17 years in the house where we raised our children, it was time to say goodbye.

We filled this house with love, family, friends, long dinners, endless guests, and so many memories. Our door was always open, and somehow there was always room for everyone.

To sell it, we had to remove some of the colors, personality, and even our furniture, and replace it with something more “neutral.”

Or as Danny said:
“We took out all our furniture so a more organized family could move in.” 😂

But no amount of staging could completely remove us from this house. A part of our story will always live between these walls.

Over the Fourth of July weekend, hundreds of people walked through it, and one family became its new owners. I hope all the love and good energy this house collected over the years stays with them.

A huge thank you to @dorit_alon , who helped us buy this home years ago and, when the time came, was the person I trusted to help us say goodbye to it. She guided us through the sale with professionalism, sensitivity, and endless patience.

And just like that, another chapter closes and a new one begins.

Goodbye, our beloved home.

You were so, so good to us. ❤️ Miami here we come 😎 taken in Sunnyvale, California by @tal_designs

I walked into Two Home Countries by Chiharu Shiota at the Asian Art Museum…
and found myself inside a story made of threads.

Shiota was born in Japan and has lived in Germany for many years.
Her life moves between these two places, two cultures, two languages.

This exhibition begins there,
but it doesn’t stay there.

One of the central installations, Diary, brings together real journal pages,
from Japanese soldiers and German civilians around the time of World War II.
People who never met, never spoke, never shared a life…
and yet their words now exist in the same space, held together by these endless red threads.

The threads feel like veins, like memory, like something alive.
They connect what was never connected.
They hold what could have been lost.

And as you walk through it,
you don’t just look at history,
you feel how memory moves, how identity shifts, how stories travel across time and place.

This exhibition is about two countries,
but also about the space in between them.

The place where identity is not fixed,
where memories don’t fully belong,
where “home” becomes something you carry, not something you stay in.

Maybe that’s why it stays with you
long after you leave.

On view at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco until July 20, 2026.

“In the breaking, we learn who we really are.
And maybe against all odds, we can begin again.”

I stopped on this sentence before I even understood the full image.

There is something about the work of David Popa that doesn’t just sit in front of you, it dissolves while you’re looking at it.

Art on ice.
On sand.
On surfaces that are already disappearing.

And maybe that’s the point.

We spend so much time trying to make things last, homes, identities, certainty.
But here is an artist who creates directly into impermanence, knowing the work will crack, melt, fade.

And still, he shows up to create.

Watching his work, I didn’t just see the artwork.
I saw the moment right after something breaks.

That quiet space where nothing is fixed yet.
Where you don’t know who you are anymore.
And somehow, that’s where something new begins.

As someone who has crossed places, homes, versions of myself, this felt familiar.
Not the breaking itself, but what comes after.

The courage to create again, even on fragile ground.

Maybe we are all a little like his work,
formed in layers,
exposed to the elements,
temporary,
and still… capable of becoming something beautiful again.

Under the Golden Gate Bridge, hidden from plain sight, stands Fort Point.

By day, it feels solid and quiet. Massive brick walls, repeating arches, the sound of the bay below. Built in the mid 1800s to protect San Francisco Bay, it once housed soldiers and their families, long before the bridge existed.

At night, the story shifts.
On select evenings, the fort opens for a candlelight tour. Dark corridors, soft lantern light, a ranger leading the way, and actors bringing the past to life. Soldiers, families, and even Mark Twain, asked about his famous line, “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.”

A rare way to experience the city slowly, quietly, and from the inside. Day and night, the same place, two completely different feelings.
Candlelight tours are seasonal and require advance reservations.

I spoke with Adam Greener during Art Basel week in Miami, about his work and the story behind it.

As a kid with ADHD, Adam was asked to write punishments again and again. Pages filled with rules, shame, and repetition. Years later, those same notebook pages became his material. Not erased, not hidden, transformed.

This conversation touched me deeply.

I live with ADHD every day. My husband’s mind works in fast, brilliant, nonlinear ways. My daughter carries it too, with all the sensitivity, intensity, creativity, and challenges that come with it. I’ve seen how often the world tries to correct what it doesn’t know how to hold.

Adam’s work reminds me that many creative minds were once told they didn’t fit the classroom, the system, the expectations. And yet, those very minds often see the world differently, more layered, more alive.

It’s about reframing.
About taking what was once a punishment and letting it become a language.
About seeing ADHD not only as a struggle, but as a different way of perceiving, noticing, and creating.

If this resonates with you, or with someone you love, you’re not alone

Last year at Art Basel, Diego de Erice took a bold step… and turned his NoBunny bright yellow 🌟

It’s his clever tribute to Maurizio Cattelan’s famous banana 🍌
the artwork taped to the wall that became a global symbol of humor, value, and how seriously the art world takes itself 🙃

Yellow NoBunny keeps the humor, but also the depth: a character with no identity, reflecting whoever stands in front of it.

A reminder that art can be pop, loud, smart,
and still deeply honest.

Because sometimes, what you see…
is really what sees you 🪞

I also had the pleasure of presenting my own art alongside the amazing Diego, whose humor and take on art I love so much, at Art Expo New York , such an inspiring full-circle moment 🎨✨

Art Basel Miami week is just around the corner.
Every year I see more and more women and men joining the experience, exploring, asking, and trying to understand what all the excitement is about. It honestly makes me so happy, and I get more messages every year.

A small tip if you’re planning to go: talk to the artists.
Listen to their stories.
Behind every artwork there is a whole world, and behind every artist there is a story you wouldn’t know unless you ask.

This week I’ll be sharing a few artist stories I didn’t get a chance to post last year.

Starting with @arleenecorreavalencia ,who tells the story of her family’s immigration journey through fabric, light, and emotion woven into each piece.

Art that touches you before you even understand why 🌟

So what can we expect this year at Art Basel Miami?
The treasures haven’t all been revealed yet , stay tuned to discover them with me.

When it comes to the big fairs, my top recommendations are:
✨ Art Miami / Context
✨ Scope / Untitled
✨ Aqua Art Fair (especially in the evening!)

Beyond the fairs, make sure to explore:
🎨 Wynwood Neighborhood – full of vibrant street art and the Red Dot / Spectrum exhibitions.

For rooftop vibes and great views:
☀️ 1 HotelWatr South Beach
🍸 Mila

And in Brickell, don’t miss Sugar rooftop bar.

Remember - Art Basel isn’t just the Convention Center (which, in my opinion, is the least interesting part).
The real magic is in the streets, rooftops, and beaches all around the city.

Follow along for more insider tips, and if you have your own favorite spots, share them in the comments! #ArtBaselMiami #ArtWeekMiami #DesignInspiration taken in Miami, Florida by @tal_designs

Still carrying the energy from the writing retreat led by the my friend the remarkable poet @maya_tevet_dayan

We dove deep into texts reading and writing.

I had the privilege of leading a mobile photography workshop during the retreat, and witnessing the participants step into their own gaze was pure magic.

Seeing them capture the world with new eyes light, angles, emotions, it reminded me just how connected writing and photography truly are.

Huge gratitude to Kobi and Merav for the beautiful hospitality, for holding this space with such warmth, elegance, and intention at @islandsview

Some experiences stay with you long after you leave. This was one of them.
