Oh my darling, loving life.

In a flutter of my heart,
I have arrived at fifty.
Just WOW.

Humbled I have reached this milestone.
Honored I have turned this golden corner.
Grateful I have traversed this course.
Blessed I have co-created this manifestation.

Joy and pain.
Sunshine and rain.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY LIFE.

I am so embraced.
I am so supported.
I am SO loved.

Sometimes,
it bewilders me;
It bewitches me
Ways I take it all for granted
or take advantage,
because I forget.

And yet,
what kindness,
what grace,
what elegance.
I get to remember.

I don’t know the future yet.
I don’t know the past anymore.
I do know now.

And I get to keep
breathing,
living,
loving,
with all my beauty marks!

I love you all
and I thank you all,
beautiful souls.

5 things you might not know about me.

1. I’m the eldest of three girls.

Being the oldest taught me responsibility early, but it also taught me the joy of nurturing, protecting, and cheering on others.

2. I love to dance, surf, sing… and I completely geek out over technology and science.

I’m equally at home catching a wave (and wiping out), listening to a quantum physics podcast, or talking about new fashion. I’ve learned that intuition and innovation are beautiful partners.

3. I’ve spent years studying healing.

I’ve been certified in more healing modalities than I can count: from energy work and coaching to sound, somatic, and transformational practices. Just ask me.

4. Starting at the pandemic, I let go of everything I had built.

I dissolved a marriage.
I closed multiple businesses.
I left my old life.
It was one of the hardest times of my life.
Looking back, it also created the space for @talayaguides and Vesica to be born.

5. I experience the world in ways that are difficult to explain.

I perceive energies in people and environments through my clair senses and intuition. Coming home to this has upped the ante in my life.

BONUS: I’ve been starting little businesses since I was a kid.

Entrepreneurship was simply how I’ve always been wired. The older I get, the more I realize something that never ceases to amaze me:

Everything in our lives exists for a reason.

Every choice.
Every odd job.
Every heartbreak.
Every failure.
Every lesson.
Every unexpected turn.

As a founder, I’ve come to see that every personal and professional decision I’ve ever made has become part of Vesica.

The systems I learned.
The grief I carried.
The healing I sought.
The technology I deployed.
The courage to begin again.

It all belongs here.

And somehow, all of it prepared me to build this.

Beauty is medicine.

Because beauty reminds us what has always been there.

The warmth of morning light.

The softness of natural fibers against your skin.

A quiet breath before the day begins.

A ritual that asks nothing of you except your presence.

For too long, we have been bombarded that beauty is superficial... something to admire from a distance or earn through perfection.

We see it differently.

Beauty is an essence.

A frequency.

It has the power to soften the nervous system, awaken our senses, and gently guide us back to ourselves.

Every detail of Vesica is being created with this intention: simply to be in beauty, and to make space for that beauty in your everyday life.

into the Rite of the Womb lineage
deepening into the role of a wisdom keeper

Today, 2 things happened
synchronously, simultaneously:

While having a polyp removed from my uterus
(no cause for alarm, rather a cause for assurance),
great news of acknowledgment arrived
of my acceptance into the community

These 13 moons have been quite the Change
(if curious to know, have a cup of tea
or coffee or elixir of choice with me,
and I’d happily tell you the stories)

My heart is filled with
an appreciation
so yummy, delightful

Had to share the gems…
Because why not?

Feel the miracles of it all, my darlings.
Even with the darn pain.
Life is SO worth living.

You may or may not know me.
My name is Patricia.

In 2017, I experienced my first pregnancy
as a loss so unspeakably painful,
it descended me into the depths of darkness
that demolished my life.

Through this dark night of the soul,
Light pierced through me.

Once again, I remembered.

And from this recollection,
I have recalled
the shards of my soul
to become whole again.

With God
along with spiritual
and earthly loved ones,
I came home…

To intuition.
To imagination.
To inspiration.
To (re)invention.

Based on this love,
