Demain soir meilleurs concerts pour se réchauffer les cœurs en en ce début d’automne grisâtre ❤️‍🔥

@bruitbatonmusic et @white.garden se réunissent pour investir la Chappelle Sainte Jeanne-d'Arc dans le 14ème arrondissement de Paris. Il reste quelques préventes (lien en bio) et on vendra des places à l’entrée mais venez tôt car la jauge est limitée !

Bruit Baton and White Garden come together to take over the Sainte Jeanne-d’Arc Chapel in Paris’s 14th arrondissement ⛪️

This unique venue will resonate with the sounds of Bruit Baton’s acousmonium and three very special concerts 🔊

@c.vercelletto will play his installation/musical instrument ‘𝐿’𝐸𝑛𝑔𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡’, a kind of electronically controlled meta-organ whose pipes have been replaced by bird calls. This instrument was built by luthier Léo Maurel 📯

@talcoal will present her contemporary music, improvised and meditative, instrumental and sung. Starting with samples often taken from traditional music, she mixes these musical memories with the textures of her viola 🎻

Finally, @almond_butyl will play a unique concert on the harmonium in the chapel. Alongside her career working with all kinds of electronic machines, Almond often devotes herself to playing the harmonium or organ. This will be the first time she has devised a special performance on this instrument, accompanied no doubt by a few flutes 🪈🎹

🏞 C'est une belle promenade à laquelle nous ont convié @maudcecileheloise, Perrine Bourel et Noëllie Nioulou il y a quelques jours de cela !
🎻 Au terme de leur toute première semaine de travail en commun (4 jours pour être exacts), elles ont partagé avec le public les prémices de Tal Coal Ensemble, composition expérimentale pour trio à cordes et voix à partir du solo de Maud Herrera @talcoal et des Folk Songs de Luciano Berio (1964).
📆 Rendez-vous le 24 janvier au @theatregaronne pour les découvrir sur scène !

🤔 Sauf erreur de notre part, @maudcecileheloise, Perrine Bourel et Noëllie Nioulou ( @atelier_noellie_nioulou), que nous accueillons cette semaine n'avaient jamais travaillé sur un même projet.
🎻 Et ce trio inédit œuvre sur une création réalisée spécialement pour le @theatregaronne.
📷 Il fallait bien un œil neuf pour immortaliser leur toute première résidence ensemble !
🙏 Un grand merci à Nadir Meddad ( @nmp_hoto), actuellement en stage à @laciutatbearn, pour ce regard posé sur le travail en cours des artistes en résidence !

🎻 Giulio Tosti (@nebula_giulio.tosti) et Maud Herrera (@talcoal) présenteront une série d’arrangements de chansons provenant principalement de la tradition occitane et des petites pièces en solo, cherchant d’une part à enrichir les mélodies originales avec l’instrumentation à leur disposition (orgue et alto), mais avec la responsabilité de ne pas dénaturer la nature intime monodique et libre de ces splendides mélodies.
