We are pleased to say we have a new restaurant partner, @dinosmaui - an unassuming little food truck. IYKYK 😉

Dino has been at @platelunch_marketplace across from the Costco gas station on Maui for that past 11 years serving up his famous Big Blue Burger along with his hand-cut fries. 🥔

Classically trained 👨🏼‍🍳 at the @theculinaryinstituteofamerica, Chef Dino is a one man show that shows up literally everyday, home-made sourdough buns in hand. It’s no question that he loves what he does, and now he (and we) loves that he’s frying in the best tallow on the 🌏planet.

Open 7 days a week at 11:15 AM (because he’s always late 😂) to 6:00 PM (or until he sells out).

Previously rated #2 best burger in America by Money 💰Magazine in the 🗽New York Times, Dino’s Gourmet Maui Big Blue Burger puts every other burger on the island in their place which is behind Dino’s🦖.

Unlike the other guys that “cook/fry in tallow”, Dino doesn’t use previously blanched🤢 (fried) in seed oil flash frozen fries🥴 because doing so is deception😈 and that is not what he is about.

🚨A warning to Dino: You’re going to need to hire someone.
