Definitely something special about this year ✨

Some of the toughest times we’ve experienced over this 12-20 weeks but by Gods grace He helped us continue to walk ❤️

To all our friends and family, we THANK YOU for loving each and every one of these people and continuing to support them through their journeys.

The road continues … we keep growing, we keep learning, we keep getting stronger. See you in 2027 🙌🏽

WE’RE BAAAAACK 🥹🤍🎾 it genuinely feels like I’ve been away 2 years 😂 I’ve never everrrrr had a long term injury (praise Jesus) so these last 2-3 months felt so foreign to me. Enjoyed every second being at home #thedream but now we gotta get back to business 😋 by @taleiatuatao

Post TF sadness is real 😫🤣 I can’t believe it’s over. The most hectic, packed & full-on day but OMGGGG so much fun. When I already thought it couldn’t get any better, every year proves me wrong — my face hurt from smiling so much on Saturday 😂

My fifth annual TRANSFORM @fitcomm_fitmumz 🥲🤎

After choosing to sit out of TF last year because I was overseas for 8 out of the 12 weeks, I knew I would NEVER EVER let that happen again. I was so sad I literally cried… multiple times 😂 Honestly, if fomo was a person, it’d be me, so I vowed the night before show last year that I would never miss TF again HAHA.

This year looked a lot different for me. Being away from tennis because of injury meant I could really focus on my gym training & nutrition, and be fully present for the whole 12 weeks. Not that I didn’t get that while being on court, but it’s just so different when training/travelling full time. It’s then not only about cut, cut, cut, but making sure my fuelling is competent for 4-6 hours of training.

During these last 3 months, we went to the States for @brooketuatao’s 2nd CF Games debut, I became an official FMFC coach HEHEHE, & I got to spend SO much time with all my favourite people. I don’t think anyone will ever understand just how much I treasure this place 🥹 Being able to stay home for a secure, extended period of time has been such a blessing — although, I already know it’s going to make leaving home extremely hard again 😂

The joy that comes from being surrounded by like-minded people who love Jesus, love food & love good community is second to none. TRANSFORM 26 has been three good months of daily disciplines, low-intensity & LOTS of laughs 🤭

I’m so thankful for this sweet season. What a night. What a family. I’m truly sitting here awe. My heart is so full.
